Very straightforward and fast boarding and disembarking, comfortable Plus Lounge not crowded, plenty of staff available and good selection of snacks/drinks. Trip over and back arrived ahead of schedule.
Only negative was that it was very crowded in passages and on stairs when going back to car deck to disembark. Could be managed better.

I stayed in Under the Stars at EP 25 - a beautiful setting, under the trees and very close to the main arena. The staff couldn't have been more helpful or friendly, they went above and beyond. The tents are great, everything clean. Lovely seating area with couches, to socialise and rest the weary legs. Major plus - clean toilets and showers with hot water. Only down side was that the breakfast wasn't great and the bedding was damp because of the weather (condensation) - they did say they would check and replace them if needed, but they weren't changed. But it really was a positive experience - as I said, staff were great, friendly and knowledgable, they provided transfers in a buggy, helped with luggage, provided clean towels, provided plasters and antiseptic wipes, and more, when needed. It is pricey, but I would highly highly recommend.

We ordered 2 T-Shirts & 1 track suit bottom for my 13yr old son. Delivery was fine. Clothes looked well & he was happy. But after washing 1 T shirt (the 1st wash) the print peeled off ruining the garment. He was very disappointed as was I. We haven't washed the second shirt yet. Won't be buying them again. Will try turning Tshirt inside out when washing but shouldn't have to.
