I am STILL waiting for my deposit of 677 pounds to be refunded. The car was returned with no issues on April 19th. I have sent tens of emails to Orbit and have had no reply. I have now had to turn to my bank to open a dispute. Utterly shambolic. I regularly hire cars in Turkey and this has never happened before. Flex to Go, who I believe Orbit work with are crooks.

I hired a car with this company in Turkey (first time with Flex to go). They took a huge deposit from my credit card (£677.00) which they withdrew instead of holding. I am still waiting for the deposit to be returned to me - it's been nearly 7 weeks since they withdrew it and is gathering interest. I have written to the company and they are ignoring my emails. Please avoid this company - really crooked and very unusual for Turkey. I regularly hire cars from Dalaman and had never had an issue like this.

Pick up speedy and efficient. Booked a Panda but ended up with a tired little Lancia Ypsilon - missing hub cap and torn rims.

Shoes were a little on the large side but very nice. I returned them and the process was speedy and efficient.

The boat I reserved and paid for wasn’t actually actually available but funds were not immediately resent. Then a long process to rebook another boat. Also called several times and no one answered and phone system defaulted
To Spanish which I sadly don’t speak. Finally found a solution but it was quite stressful.

Terrible item. Cheaply made and falling apart. Avoid

Quick and reliable. I ordered wrong part. Refund was swiftly driven. All parts arrived really quickly and in good order. Thoroughly recommend.
