Efficient order processing and friendly delivery driver.

Store didn't have the bike lights in that had been confirmed on my order. The store phoned me in quick time to tell me this and offered a same price alternative. The alternative given was acceptable. The down side of my visit to the store to collect my order was the young lad who "served" me. It was like venturing up to my son's room and asking him to do some tidying up ie. not happy at all and really didn't want to see me. Basically a right grumpy little person. I have managed to get over him though :)
