Finally got through and they said I would receive an email. 2 days still nothing still calling. This is painful.

All I can say is this company is the best company I've ever dealt with. They exceeded my expectations. Ivan Reed especially had the go pod ready to go and delivered in days.

Tracks hitting 21k YouTube. Here in 2 days absolutely nothing

I'm 100% positive they did not listen to the tracks as they would not put them into playlists with songs over 40 years old and in the wrong genre category

Total waste of money . I would like to be refunded as I'm totally not happy.

Got my 6 blinds (Venetian blinds) all blinds were 10 to 12mm too short in width the recess. Measurements did not match made to measure my order. 3 did not turn . Had to remove and refit the bar inside. 2 emails sent. No response. Absolutely terrible after sale service. But low and behold their will be a response after this review. I guarantee it.

What can I say . I have created absolutely amazing ground breaking tracks with this company using vocal packs. Being a singer, musician and music video / music producer. This has opened so many creations. By all means take a look. See the amazing productions created with their products

Absolute disgrace and having to no seek legal action

Thought I would try this company. I have had 3 deliveries and two were incorrect. One out of stock and emailed 10 minutes before delivery. At midnight.


Second one was correct.

Third one 2 items missing. No notification.no email. Took the money. Had to call them. Order was placed for every week so how can you know it's not in stock a week ago.

Terrible service to be honest.

One more incorrect order and I will definitely stop using this company.

Absolutely rubbish thin. monkey metal. Not brass. Two together would be the thickness shown on the website. 100%NOT brass knuckles. Needed these for photographic purposes. But so cheap and thin I can't use them.

Marantz remote for vintage system .marant in the remote and works perfectly.great company to use.2 weeks to arrive but worth the wait.

Good monitors for the price. Sound quality is not the best but not bad either. Nothing compared to the rokkit 8. Bass a Bit boomy. Not tight like a more expensive monitor. But do the job on a budget.

Purchased an pedal. Looks like lost in transit for over a week. Constant emails for my refund and keep getting told. They need to wait for it to return to them. Its clearly lost in transit according to the tracking. Wont refund. Being fobbed off. I spend absolutely thousands of pounds in there store. Never use them again. Poor customer service. Still no refund. Il have to put a claim in to paypal.

Had to say I was sceptical about this one. Due not buying guitars at this price point usually . Specially a reliced guitar. Ordered on a wim. If this guitar was bad I would return it for the £1000 Fender Vintera. So took a chance. Best choice I've made in years. Great relic job compared to the more expensive vintage v52 icon. Stays in tune.,no problem. Plugged in, tuned up cranked up the Fender twin. Amazing. Just some new strings to go on. Due to black fingers. But even stock strings sound great. Very impressed.

Been waiting for a guitar for months. Fobbed off. Then they say it's been sent. The courier states they have lost it. No refund. No reply from bax. Disgusting company.
