I wouldn't normally leave a review after buying just a £16 headband, but on the invoice they have a 'packed and checked by', and that level of detail shows that they care and aren't likely to mess up. They also chucked in a free maoam and a handwritten note on the back of the invoice.

Terrible customer service - I ordered a wheelbarrow and it arrived with a missing part, to be fair they did respond and tried to send the missing part, but they sent the wrong part. When I pointed out their mistake they ignored me. When I raised a case with ebay they gaslit and lied to me

I had a similar experience to a lot of others on this site - I gave up waiting after 8 and a half weeks. I rang head office on a weekly basis, they were all nice and helpful and got my delivery rescheduled within a couple of days. However, every time it got cancelled late at night last minute. Whatever their process is for scheduling deliveries is completely broken, do not use this company if you want your oil delivered!

Site is very well designed, fairly with plenty of inspiring ideas with good photo's.
