Although very good about keeping me informed with emails, it seemed like it took quite a while for the product to actually get to be. Then again maybe it's just because I was so anxious to try them. All in all service was good. Product is fabulous.

Dear Kate - We're not quite sure why you waited almost a month before contacting us about not receiving the free script you ordered on 28 March 2023. A simple email to us, rather than this one star Trustpilot rating, would have resolved the problem weeks ago. Did you check your spam box to see if our email had landed there? Maybe you did receive our email in response to the order placed but then then didn't click on the link that says 'Download files'? We'll resend the order response email to you today, 26 April 2023.
Review of Try The World
I love getting my Try The World boxes. They are filled with things I would never have the opportunity to taste any other way. I'm now addicted to having finishing salt; love hot Spain Paprika; adore the Moroccan spices and have to have my French mustard. Thanks for the boxes and thanks even more for having a store to get the things I have grown to love. Oh, did I mention the Truffle Oil. oh yeah. ;-)
