I feel that as the innocent victim of a RTC this whole process has taken far to long to get to the stage where the claim is being settled. I found I needed to contact my Solicitor to chase up the progress on my claim. From me submitting the paperwork for my claim, I contacted my solicitor around a month later to find that it still hadn't been submitted due to him not having the Police accident number. It didn't feel like there was a lot of urgency attached to my claim.

Review of Bikeinn
I ordered my castelli leggings on a Tuesday, I was advised that they would be with me by that Friday or at the latest the following Monday. The following Tuesday (7 days later) I received an email saying that my order had been picked and dispatched. I did email & state I had required them for an event which had now missed. They arrive on that Friday (10 days after ordering). I suppose the bottom line is, I can't argue with the product, but had I known it would take 10 days to arrive (after being advised 3 - 6 days) I would have paid a few quid more and bought them from the UK to guarantee arrival. Very disappointed!!
