We collected our car from Luton Airport at 1.30am - waited 30 minutes for car to be delivered, quicker and cheaper to walk or catch the bus to the car parks. The driver's door mat was muddy. We got home and when it was light noticed the front passenger door had been damaged by a white door being opened against it - it actually dented it. No reaction from Blue Circle Parking. Won't be using their shoddy, unprofessional, disorganised service again.
