I gave up after a whole day of trying to install it on various new laptops. The most unuser friendly program that I just paid for.

UK ITVX - No adverts paid for. But so-called "recommendations" kill any viewing experience just as adverts do. Fast forward, and they stop the watch and push a program - and it happens with every interaction. I paid for uninterrupted watching - failed. With Ant and Dec and Crossroads etc pushed at every opportunity. So the service is just as bad as the free service. I will not renew - its a scam...........

All sorted online - labels printed - and taken to ASDA for delivery. I felt confident when everything was updated online - through to delivery.

I have only ever had to call when changing my services. The knowledge and understanding of the agents is second to none. I could get a similar deal for less money - but if you want the best - the extra is worth while.
