Very easy to work with. Booked it a few weeks in advance to move a washing machine, sofa and a fridge - no problems at all. All completed within 5 minutes.

I ordered my new contract yesterday (21.01.15) after my previous contract finished. I took out another contract with 02 and it was very easy to transfer my old number to the SIM card which was sent to me. (Great and very simple to do, if anyone else is worried about that)

At exactly the time that I was due to have my parcel deliverd (to the minute, impressively done) I had my parcel delivered... This is where I became disappointed. I received my phone and SIM card but not my free gift, which is due to be an iPad Air 2. When looking up on FAQs and also the other reviews on here, it seems like getting an answer regarding my gift is hard to come by.

When using the tracking service done by DPD - It only references one parcel, which would suggest that it would all be delivered in one go. When doing further research, there is no second parcel due to be delivered

It would have been a 6 out of 5 of everything would have ran smoothly, however, it looks like this is not going to be the case.
