I needed support with some copying needs and was recommended to engage with Unique Copiers Ltd after hearing some positive customer feedback. From the first moment until the last I was blown away by the support and service I was given by the friendly team, headed up by Mr Casey.

I’ve used Alpharooms now for a number of years booking hotels around Europe. I couldn’t recommend the company enough. Simple, easy to use, very competitive on price and an overall refreshing and satisfying customer journey.

I found a bed- Kaydian Belford and ordered it to go in my new house. Email confirmation and I thought it would be easy! Oh how wrong....
The order was placed in July and the item was due start aug. I was in no massive rush at this time so it was fine. It got to the date and I called to query when it would be arriving (at least I would if my emails would be responded to and my calls taken). It took me (no joke) 5days to speak to somebody and I was fobbed off! Apologised and confirmed it will be with me in a few days. That was fine. Repeat this process several times plus and it is now 6 weeks after the item was promised.
The blame naturally lay with everybody else. I said I wanted to cancel the order and then days later I got a call and the magical item had appeared. The delivery was booked and I was offered a £30 discount if I agreed to delivery.
I did. HUGE MISTAKE!!
I had a day off work and waited for the item after a generic delivery text confirminh delivery and a 4hr time window.
I called the company 1hour after this and they had no knowledge. Dug further and then advised it was their fault as they hadn't collected the item.
I explained my situation and that I wasn't happy but agreed to delivery a week later.
Same issue- I called bedworld and the item had vanished after being "found" so again no bed.
A whole 9/10 weeks after the item should have been there I was still without a bed.
I cancelled the item (naturally getting through to somebody was met with the same issues every single time as above)
Order cancelled and I demanded confirmation of it as all my other requests were never dealt with and I didn't want to be brushed a-side any longer!
I had to chase my refund 8 times before I finally got the funds back!!
AVOID this shambolic company!
