Very disappointing experience.
I placed my order, paid €22.90, and only afterwards received an email demanding an additional €100 deposit per device due to an unspecified “internal risk assessment.”
This significant extra charge was never clearly disclosed in the price list, during the checkout process, or in the contract before payment. Introducing such an important financial requirement only after the customer has paid is unacceptable and misleading.
I immediately requested that my order be cancelled and my payment refunded. Fortunately, the order was cancelled without further issues, but this does not change the fact that the purchasing process lacks transparency.
Customers should be informed of all mandatory costs before placing an order, not after their payment has already been taken.
I will not use this service again and cannot recommend it.

We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We understand that being asked to provide a security deposit after placing your order can be frustrating if you were not expecting it.
The €100 security deposit applies only to certain toll box products and is part of the rental conditions. It may also be requested following an internal eligibility assessment. We regret if this was not sufficiently clear during the ordering process.
