i keep getting rejections to my reviews. this may be because i have 2 accounts, a uk one and a dutch one. i have tried to sort it out with no success, so i contacted you but had no response.

I have used this software since 2017. It is makes it easy for someone like me who has very little knowledge of computers. The software is pretty comprehensive and the page turning is quite realistic. It is based on a PDF input and I make it more interesting by inserting photos, videos and music. I had a problem with my licence code and received a reply within 24 hours.

The prices in general, are better than other similar sites. There is a wide range of goods, including a small number of chilled items. Packaging is excellent and delivery only takes a couple of days in EU.

Although I have ordered from BCS many times, this was the first time ordering from their European store. Everything went smoothly and all the goods were received without damage or loss. Speedy service and no complaints. 😁

1st time using delivery. Arrived on time. Only a couple of items completely unavailable. Friendly delivery service. Very happy.

I am at-risk and self-isolating at home so searched for a supermarket that delivered groceries. Jan Linders didn't do this but Albert Heijn did. Ordering was a breeze and the goods came on the stipulated day and payment with a pin mobile went smoothly. (I don't have a phone but payment could have been made using my bank and the AH app.) It was a relief getting the food items I needed without having to leave my house. Bravo AH!!

If I have one comment to make, it is that finding a delivery slot free is a pain. I have to go onto the site each day in the hope that a delivery slot will become available.

Despite Christmas fast approaching and living abroad, the package arrived extremely quickly. No damage, well packed, and everything we ordered. We are enjoying the mince pies as I couldn't wait until The Day. I had ordered two boxes so I am having to be very good for a few more weeks before opening the 2nd box. :-)

Whenever I have had a problem or a question I have always had a swift response and great help. It is important to me to have confidence in any business. I always appreciate any effort made and I have been helped at all stages of any problem I have had.

I have ordered goods from BCS a few times and the products have been well packed to prevent damage. Cost is always a concern for me but by using BCS I can buy those items that are unavailable to me.

The order was well packed and arrived safely. Excellent service!
