Review of HEY HOLY

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Reliable German company offering breed-adapted food of high quality.

HeyHoly makes excellent, high-quality dog food that created for individual breeds of dog, which is quite unique. The food is adapted to perfectly suit the requirements of the breed. In our case, this is very relevant, as we have a Dachshund and a large hunting dog, so giving them the same food would not make sense. Our dogs love the HeyHoly snacks, as well as the dry food. HeyHoly has an easy to use delivery set up where the clients can choose how often the delivery should take place, with the option of changing the date at any time. This also gives the client a discount for regular orders. The company's communication with clients is fast, friendly and helpful. We are fully satisfied with all aspects of the company and its products. We have been using their products for more than 2 years.

I am delighted with the bag I ordered…

I am delighted with the bag I ordered and with the service I received. This is a high quality product. However, I was disappointed with the colour. I ordered the bag in 'Sand', which on the website photos looks like it is mustard yellow or sand coloured. The bag I got was a shade of green. Apparently this discrepancy is due to the lighting in the studio. I really fell in love with the 'yellow' colour in the images and so the reality was a bit of a shock. Nonetheless the bag as such is brilliant.

Brilliant concept and service offer, slightly hampered by payment/reservation problems!

I was really pleased to find this website and service offer and found the whole set up and processing really user friendly and logical. The lay out was great and everything worked fine ... up until I kept hitting a blank wall trying to pay & reserve a seat. It seems that this is a known problem with reserving and paying for trains travelling in Germany - I found this explanation on the help site, but it would have been easier if this info had been given at the start. I was unable to reserve and pay for the trip direct Frankfurt to London and back and had to do 2 seperate bookings - Frankfurt to Brussels and Brussels to London. Then it worked.
So maybe it would be an idea to make an info note that pops up as soon as you try to make a booking involving German trains ... rather than waiting for the client to get frustrated when it does not work.
All in all a great concept though and cheaper than booking through local services.

Hi Alexandra,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, which I think is fair considering the difficulty you encountered. You've hit upon quite an important issue relating to purchasing German rail tickets, but unfortunately not one that is exclusive to Loco2.

We sell German tickets via our connection to the Deutsche Bahn (DB) booking system. Unlike other tickets sold on Loco2, the their system only permits us to confirm seat reservations at the point of payment. This means that occasionally the booking fails at the point of payment, which is hugely frustrating for our users but, since it's outside our control, also for us.

As you have discovered, it helps to split your journey as it is rarely the case the trains have sold out, just the particular fare/combination, but we are seeking a better solution long-term. We've considered flagging the issue earlier in the booking process, but since we can't tell when it will happen this isn't an ideal either. We are working with DB to try to overcome this particular nuance of their system and hope to improve the process for future users.

We will bear your experience as we continue to improve. Thanks again for sharing your feedback.
