Lovely tyres, lower noise than previous set,the tracking/wheel alignment was excellent. Steering tracks perfectly, no more vibration through steering wheel at speed.
Malvern Tyres/Just Tyres comms were excellent, price was very good, service was brilliant.

Good quality products, disks are always clean. Hard drives are always well packed, though the £90 Graphics card I ordered in the summer came in a single layer jiffy bag! worked fine, so can't complain.
The service from branch to branch does vary wildly and in recent years I have leaned more to their mail order.
Starting to do a bit more tech - Camcorders, laptops, MIDI & DJ controllers which I would like to see more of...

Have been a customer at several branches. The quality of knowledge & service varies greatly between them! It almost seems like the business is being run like a franchise, which is a shame as the products and warranties are very good. Just need more consistency with the actual staff in some branches. Mail order turnaround is quick. Used item are also very good.

Easy to search database, silly cheap prices on legacy software & accessories, huge back-catalogue of everything!.
Cheap, fast postage...Actually better than going into the shops (no sweaty teenagers getting in your way!). Highly recommended!
