APC is probably the best out of the parcel couriers available. Never any problems.

I am a long-standing customer and have always found the level of service from Lakeland Artisan high. In this instance, I submitted an older order by mistake and after realising what I had done Lakeland promptly fixed it for me, which I am grateful for.

However, I have deducted a star because the transaction was not without hiccups: one of the bottles had been smashed to smithereens in transit (despite clearly labelled "fragile"). In fairness to Lakeland, the bottles were well packed, with the inner box wrapped in bubble wrap, so this is not a criticism of them. The postman did offer to take the consignment back, but given it was only a single bottle I just couldn't be bothered with all the rigmarole. I would also point out that one of my previous consignments ended up up in Northern Ireland (again, a Royal Mail error, not Lakeland Artisan's). Personally I would consider using a different courier; I have had other mishaps with Royal Mail (not connected to Lakeland orders) and it is obvious standards have slipped in recent years.

Please note: I am not requesting a refund or replacement (when I accepted the package I accepted the damage); but ultimately, the transit arranged by Lakeland does become part of the overall service, and they should review their courier options IMO.

Smooth transaction. This is my first time buying from Richer Sounds. Obviously the purchase is just the first step in the relationship, so we will see how it goes.

Overall, the product and service from Lakeland Artisan are first-rate. That said, delivery took a week despite being 48hr-tracked. This wasn't Lakeland Artisan's fault though since they dispatched on the day of the order. I would consider changing the courier though.

Great product, excellent service as always. It would really help though if there was an option on the purchase form so that customers can select which drinks they want in a mixed case.

There was a mix-up with the order, but Lakeland wasted no time in arranging an exchange. It is easy for a company to perform well when everything goes smoothly, but the real test for a company is how it corrects a mistake. I have been a regular customer for several years now, and that isn't likely change in the forseeable future.

Four of the five computers in excellent condition. The remaining computer is in very good condition (a scratched USB port gives the game away, but not an issue). All checked and working, although not properly set up yet. Only encountered one problem and that was the Thinkpad trackpoint didn't work initially; I needed to go into the BIOS and turn it off and then back on. After that it was fine, but Morgancomputers may get some complaints/returns from customers who think it is broken.

Very reliable service. Fast delivery, no mistakes, well packed etc. Bought from Lakeland a few times now, and hopefully many time more times in the future.

The delivery was fast and went smoothly, although this was partly by chance. I only received notification of the delivery an hour before as I was on the way to work. Fortunately, somebody was home to take the delivery, but I'm sure a bit more notice would be appreciated by customers.

Excellent service as per usual. Something of a regular customer now. Excellent product, delivered expediently. Not much else to say. How can they improve? Well, they could give it away lol.

The layout in the store was a bit illogical but the staff were very helpful.

We got what we came for, the staff were polite. Have used Currys before and will use them again.

Delivery was well organized and prompt and the bike seems very sturdy. My only criticism is that it took far longer than 45 minutes to set it up. Some of the bolts were very fiddly (especially for pensioners) and it is a shame the assembly service cannot be provided at this time.

Fantastic service. We'd already been exposed to the stuff during a tiling job so it was a weight off our mind to get our negative results. It's not cheap but once you factor in everything that it entails (the protective clothing, the testing, the risk etc) it's not expensive either. I have seen asbestos before, but if you have any doubt at all over the composition of the materials this service is definitely worth using.

This is a beautiful machine. The only thing that gives the game away that it is a refurb is a slightly scuffed corner. Other than that it is in exemplary condition. It is my first SSD computer and I can't believe the difference it makes. The service from Tier1online was first rate too. Throw in a 3-year warranty too and for slightly over £400 you get a bargain that could never be matched by buying brand new. I am so sick of poorly built equipment packing in a couple of months after the 1-year warranty expires that I am reassessing the way I buy equipment. Let's see how this works out. If I don't have to draw on my warranty I will probably be back.

Great service and fast delivery. Many shops/pharmacies won't allow you to order medication in bulk so it becomes very expensive buying individual packs. No fuss here: Mypharmacist provided what I paid for. I am relieved to discover a provider that treats an over-the-counter drug like an over-the-counter drug, rather than a controlled prescription drug. Bottom line: businesses like this get my custom, while those that mess me around do not.
