Ingen problemer, hurtig levering.

Never in my life have I experienced such incompetency and lack of help from any airline. Our family member was denied boarding her connecting flight in Istanbul due to closing of the airport in Taiwan because of COVID. I have not seen or heard anything about closing of TPE and plainly, I think Turkish Airlines are lying to us. Our family member sat in the airport for four (4!) days before they could book her to fly home again never reaching her destination. There was no help at the airport, the Turkish Airline staff were rude and unhelpful. She was not offered meals or accomodation.
We have been in contact with Turkish Airlines a zillion times and no one, absolutely NO ONE takes any responsibility or action. They request feedback forms all the time but nothing happens.

We have tried to get a refund since she never reached her destination and was not at fault, but they contest that as well. I am at a loss for words!

This is a really, really bad airline that treats passengers like crap. I have no words...
I will never, ever fly this airline and I would recommend others to pick another airline when Turkish Airlines comes up.

Hurtig og effektiv hjælp da der var brug for afbestillingsforsikringen. Deniz var super hjælpsom, venlig og imødekommende. Vil til hver en tid anbefale Tryg.

I have booked tickets a couple of times previously with Travellink. Back then everything went as planned, the flights were on time and no one got sick. So a nice experience. But I have found out now that if anything doesn´t go as planned, this travel agency is useless.
We booked some tickets but unfortunately had to cancel due to illness.
It was impossible to get in touch with customer service, as in IMPOSSIBLE. The chat is operated by a robot and there is a message on the answering machine saying that they are busy...has been like that for weeks!
Fortunately our insurance company were helpful.
I will never, ever book with this company again and I will recommend everyone to stay away from booking with them.

Maden kom til tiden. Det varme var varmt og det kolde, koldt. Det hele smagte rigtig godt og der var nok mad 😊 Vil gerne bruge Ebuffet igen.

Placed my order and the item shipped a day and a half later. Received a response to a question emailed to costumer service, following day. I have nothing to complain about although the item could have shipped sooner.

God hjemmeside, god info, hurtig levering. Kan fint anbefales.
Eneste minus er 100 kr i forsendelse, men til gengæld bliver der leveret med fragtmand og forsvarligt emballeret.

Bestilte en PS4 controller. Modtog den efter 2-3 dage. Forsvarligt pakket. Ingen klager herfra, handler gerne der igen :)

Billigt og hurtig levering. Pga. at der var yderligere 20% rabat kom prisen ned på 650 kr og derved lidt langsommere levering end hvis det havde kostet over 800 kr, men det var ok fordi jeg blev oplyst om dette med det samme.

Som altid god service og punktlighed. Forsvarlig pakning. Gode priser.
