Saturday 6 June 2026 ordered t-shirt arrived on the 15.6.26 unacceptable contacted them asked them to cancel on the 14.6.26 they said no because it was with the courier it's been with the courier since the 15th.

I used it as a one off paying however £49.90 from my account without my knowledge or consent was taken emailed the did however reimburse me but that's not the point.
This is total robbery.

I bought some long stem rad wine glasses which are super cool however I put some ice in them to cool the glasses the first one broke when the ice was in the glass the second one broke when ice was put in that one not good enough the

After sales are Shocking. My watch arrived on the April the 13th and had no papers I contacted CW to no alive unbelievable poor customer service I got some aristocrat women (which is really not the done thing nowadays)
I contacted the watch company directly and got it sorted out I would never use CW again.
I find it hard to believe all the good reviews on here about the customer service department.
I also expressed my feeling to the watch company who allow them to sell their watches to be fair they asked me to put in an email.

Just phoned up again about the watch they sold me which didn't have any paperwork with it when it arrived on the 13 of April.
They didn't reply to my last two emails. I spoke to someone at customs services who just tried to speak over me again I asked her to stop and let me speak unbelievable poor service i have now contacted the watch company directly.

Flight cancelled on the 5/5/24 from Humber to Aberdeen which for me was a total nightmare as I was due offshore the next day with a 0630 check in I only found out the fight was cancelled at 1630! so I had to drive up through the night. I will not use them again poor service.

My watches turned up without the paperwork not impressed I have just spoken to a team member who was trying to speak above me, so rude!
I pointed out that a CQ check should be carried out before send any shipments she said the watch did come with paperwork which is unbelievable.

The last watch I bought from the was sent to me with the wrong paperwork passport (for a Graham Watch) They CAN check their records!!
