The staff are so helpful friendly and knowledgeable. Been today with my pregnant daughter and got all our questions answered. Everyone was smiley 😊 and it was an absolute pleasure shopping here.

Visited the showroom and a lovely helpful lady booked the appointment! No-one came after contacting them arranged another appointment. The man came measured up and quoted the price I said immediately it was too high! He knocked £1000 off there and then which put me straight off. My husband works away and when I said to discuss with him first the man got really shirty and not pleasant. Please don't invite these people into your home huge selling pressure!!!!

Placed an order with this company at the beginning of February they took the money out of my account on the 3rd February.

Sent them an e-mail on the 13th February which they responded to by saying that 'The item was despatched on the 6/02/12, please allow 10-14 working days. So should be with you by the 24/02/12'

Still haven't received item and can't get through on phone and not resonding to my e-mails.

I think a month is far too long after payment to wait for an item - wish i used good old Amazon.
