There’s nothing plus about their economy plus. Didn’t find out until I was boarding that I wasn’t allowed overhead luggage. What other airline does this? Their gate agents are extremely rude. Told me to either stuff my suit into my backpack or check it. Literally every other airline just lets you hang it up up front. United is the worst, paid 500 dollars for the worst customer service in the FAA. I want Spirit Airlines back, at least you knew the flight was cheap.
