I placed an order, but for some reason, it was returned to the warehouse. I haven’t been able to reach anyone for over a week. I really needed those items as they were intended to be gifts. Now I have neither the gifts nor my money. All my emails are being ignored. I need to resolve this issue as soon as possible, either by getting the items delivered or receiving a full refund.
