Misleading dishonest untrustworthy
Got charged customs fee for my item when the brand pretend to be London based .

BEWARE BUYING

I ordered a top and paid £9.95 express delivery (1-2 days) to my home, so it arrived in time for a birthday gift.
No communications at all and it was delivered to a nearby shop two weeks later - totally too late for the gift and even more delayed as I had to have a day off to pick it up.
I’m keeping it as their returns look as bad as their delivery.
I complained and they said basically ‘it’s been delivered now. We will refund you £2 for your trouble’
I’d not order from them again.
Also, I assumed they were a cool London brand. Why call your self that if you have nothing to do with London. Cynical marketing.

Ordered 2 purses. The design felt quite original and functional at first but I had issues with the quality of the materials.

One of the purses had an interior that resembled a wallet with card slots but they came upside down in a way that if you open the purse they will slide off the slot. It made this feature useless.

The finishing materials are extremely low quality for the price. I personally don't mind nylon and the polyurethane fake leather but I didn't expect flimsy zippers with cheap metal. They also use plastic to imitate metal in certain parts of the bag such as decorative buttons and hoops. You may not notice it online but it looks awful in person. It devalues the design and it makes the bag look like a prop. The lining fabric in one of the bags was too loose and just poorly made. The interior pocket's zipper got stuck after only using it 3 times... For a purse that costs 80 euros I expected way more. You definitely don't get your money's worth even with discounted prices.

I wrote a review on their website about both products mentioning these issues. Since I last checked, the review was gone. It either got deleted or they never allowed it to post. It's very dishonest of them, they seem to be hiding negative reviews. I noticed more people complaining about the card slots being upside down in the website reviews and they simply removed that item from their catalog. They didn't take any accountability despite selling a faulty product.......

Furthermore, I have seen plagiarism claims surfacing online, especially with their accessories/jewelry. It's quite sad to see an alternative fashion brand copying small businesses and creators.

Logistics wise, the shipping was speedy and the packaging of the orders was pretty good. It even included free stickers and printed cards as well as a felt bag to store each purse. That's the only reason why I went with a 2 star rating instead of 1. It's a shame that the quality of the product itself isn't up to the same standard.

Overall Minga London is just an overpriced fast fashion brand in disguise. Alongside the low quality given the price point they have bad practices and ethics.

We came across this brand via Urban Outfitters. My 13 year old is into these kinds of clothes. The things we bought have been fine quality wise. My issue is the models the brand uses on their website. Hyper skinny and sexualised. Considering that most likely this clothing aims at young women this leaves me absolutely disgusted. Why can’t you have normal sized girls without bones sticking out? Your clothes can still be edgy without oversexualising the women that model them. Maybe instead you could be the place where young women can get a break from the constant messaging of oversexualised images. It’s a shame because the clothes are cool but the marketing misses the mark imo.

Ich habe 2 Ketten dort gekauft für ein Festival und natürlich wegen Wasser und Sprühnebel wird der Schmuck auch nass. Direkt nach dem Festival war mein ganzer Hals grün und die Kette hat schon leicht angefangen komisch zu riechen und rostige Stellen kamen zum Vorschein. Mangelnde Qualität. Nie wieder!!

It’s really disappointing to see a brand like Minga London reproduce jewelry designs that are so similar to the work of WU Atelier (@wuatelier).

Creativity and originality should be valued in jewelry design, rather than using another independent brand’s work as a blueprint.

I hope Minga London takes this seriously and recognizes the importance of respecting the creative work and intellectual property of independent designers. Originality matters.

This is just horrible. The customer service ignored me after 5 EMAILS ASKING FOR A CACELLATION!!! I accidentally ordered smt, I wrote them immediately, they just ignored and shipped it. I MADE CLEAR THAT IT WOULD GET ME INTO BIG TROUBLE!!! they just didn't care. I alr ordered once from them and the customs almost killed me, I can't afford it again. This customer service is just horrible, they just ignore you. Never ordering ever again. If that's how they treat their customers, I WOULD RECOMMEND FOR EVERYONE TO NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!!! The quality is also mid to sometimes bad. DON'T DO THAT TO YOURSELF!!!

Reading all of these 1 star reviews has me genuinely surprised. As someone who has been ordering from Minga London for over a year now, I've never encountered any type of problem. I bought two tops and a pair of mini shorts from Minga on Monday and they arrived by Friday. The quality is great, and everything looks exactly how it did in their photos.

The only thing I can say is that with the t shirt that I ordered, it has a print of a cat on it and the print is a bit bigger in the t shirt I received than it showed in the photos. And even then that's not really a problem, it still looks perfectly fine.

Muy satisfecha con la firma, he comprado online una chaqueta, una sudadera, un pantalón y dos tops ahora en rebajas con una fantástica relación calidad/precio. Añadir un servicio de entrega puntual, en cuanto a tiempos y servicio de reparto. Sin duda para mí ya es una marca de referencia.

customer services takes weeks to reply to 1 simple question asked via chat… why have a chat option at all?? it says they reply within a few hours which is not the case at all. wouldn’t order here again just because of this terrible customer service.

Ordered leather flared pants and a boho concho belt. Good thing was that it got delivered extremely quickly especially considering I’m from Czech republic. However, the moment I take out and try on the belt a charm falls off, I was able to put it back without much trouble and figured this could just be a problem caused by rough handling during the shipping. The pants on the other hand were at least 2 sizes too big although I measured myself multiple times and made sure the sizing was correct. The pants I had to return. Planned on waiting to get my money back and then ordering another size because they did look really awesome. During the waiting though, I wore the belt two times, the second time it literally fell apart. I wasn’t even being rough with it that I can assure. I had to fix it myself, I can wear it again but it does look pretty messy. The third time I wore it the leather on it started peeling— the quality is just absolutely horrendous. This convinced me to not order the pants again. When it comes to the wait for the refund, I was really worried considering all the other reviews here but fortunately I was one of the few people that got their money back rather quickly. Nevertheless, please don’t waste your money on this brand. The stuff looks cool I admit, that’s why I’m so sad over this whole thing, but it’s absolutely not worth the money. I cannot recommend.

Habe dort mehrmals bestellt und war immer alles super.

Letzte Woche die falsche Größe bestellt, Email geschrieben und tatsächlich konnte die Bestellung storniert werden und heute hatte ich mein Geld zurück,besser geht's wirklich nicht.

Zum gleichen Zeitpunkt der ersten Bestellung eine neue gemacht, mit der richtigen Größe und Paket kommt morgen an.

Wird zuverlässig und gut verpackt immer mit UPS aus Portugal geliefert.

Einmal hatte ich eine Rücksendung, das ging auch problemlos.

Absolute scam! I would give no stars if I could. Misleadingly called Minga LONDON - they are not a UK based company at all. Clothes are no better quality than Shein, but they charge a premium price. I spent £110 on 2 sale items & the invoice enclosed with the items totalled £31 & 0% VAT. No response from the company. Avoid!

Wanted to leave a review as so many recent ones are 1 star and I personally can't see why.
I have bought a load of bits for the wife (international woman's day) from Minga for the first time.
found them via a fb add campaign.
The image of the Middle Aged fat bloke on a motorbike with a hot girl on the front resonated very well with me - haha.
Anyway.
Ordered 2 pairs of jeans and 6 t shirts to the uk.
Took 5 days to be delivered.

I'm confused at the amount of comments moaning the clothes come from Portugal?

I also bought some Calvin Klein from their uk direct website - that came in from abroad.
A Guess brand dress I have bought her came from Italy.
So yeh not really getting the complaints there.
I guess shipping could be a bit faster if it was out of the uk. But hardly worth leaving a bad review over.

Having not bought from minga before I checked the return policy before ordering.
£6 a item from uk.
A bit annoying but not a deal breaker.

All the items received are great. The wife loves it all.
The jeans are long. But you can see that in the photos so wasn't a surprise.

As all the items are perfect I don't need to worry about the return process so can't comment on that.

I read the reviews on here ironically after I had ordered and it made me worry but there was no need.
Sizes are on point.
Quality great.
Looks exactly as I expected.
Actually, I'm looking forward to buying her some more items now when there's a good sale on.

Edited 12 August - still no reply from Minga despite emails and SM messages sent. Return still awaiting acceptance from Minga - 2 months in customs now.
Am seeking legal advice today.

My daughter loves the clothes from here, and they do seem good quality, but returns are a nightmare. She returned a pair of jeans 6 weeks ago and they have been stuck at customs since 23 June. FedEx are saying that Minga need to accept the parcel their end and we need to ask them to do this! Which I have, but reading replies on here has made me think we won't get a reply. This has put me off ordering again.

Below is the reply from Fedex 6 weeks after we sent the parcel:
I’m sorry to advise that, upon reviewing the clearance case, the clearance team are currently waiting for written confirmation from the recipient before FedEx can process the shipment entry and complete customs clearance.
To help move this forward, please ask the recipient to provide a short written confirmation that they authorise FedEx to act on their behalf for customs entry and clearance.

Habe die Hose ( viel zu lang ) fristgerecht zurückgeschickt. Am 15/16 JUNI habe ich von Minga London die Eingangsbestätigung der Retour erhalten. Bis heute habe ich nicht meine 110€ zurückbekommen. Montag letztmalig angeschrieben und ein Frist bis Freitag für die Rückzahlung eingeräumt. Sollte bis dahin das Geld nicht zurück erstattet werden, folgt eine Anzeige wegen Betrug.

Have been contacting customer service about an order that was not delivered but I was still charged, and they will not get back to me FRAUD

Bijoux de très mauvaise qualité

J'ai acheté un lot de 4 bagues (Glassy Ring Set) et, après seulement deux jours de port, les quatre ont commencé à s'oxyder et à laisser une coloration verte sur mes doigts.

Je suis très déçue par la qualité, surtout pour un produit censé pouvoir être porté au quotidien. Une oxydation aussi rapide est inacceptable.

Je ne recommande pas ces bijoux.
