Probably sound a bit repetitive reading through the reviews but I also have not had a response from the several emails sent. Like most rings, it looks good and feels great and where paying is concerned is excellent but if there is an issue and you try to get hold of support, well this is non existent. They say we will try to respond within 24 hours but I get the feeling when you do not get a response as it says, then it's ran by a very very small team OR they are inundated with emails and cannot cope. Great ring but poor customer service. Will now try Astari for a new ring 👎🏼

Ring stopped working so I tried to send 2 emails. It states they will get back in 24 hours. 3 weeks late and no response. Avoid

Ring is okay, but their customer service is invisible. If you need support, forget this company and use the next one.

No phone number, only one email address and despite 3 emails sent, there is no response over several weeks.

Ceramic ring fell apart after a while, tried to contact Twinn several times to no avail, Totally ignored by them, their after sales is disappointing to say the least, Guys, my advice would be to steer well clear of Twinn ‼️‼️

I'm in the sea and swimming pools a lot so I wanted to have a way of paying without carry cards/cash and didn't interfere with wearing a wetsuit. I plumped for a thin ceramic ring which Twinn offered at the best price and any issues is UK based. The ring was straight forward to set up and the curve app (which most rings companies use) made card addition a breeze. I have used many times so far without issue and I'm surprised by the reaction I get from shops who find it novel especially from a man in his 60s.

not heard from ricky for over six weeks ,no reply to emails.still owed £ 250 refund,as got my three rings.sounds like a one man band and con artist.

My email, payment and postal address are all Male yet you email me and call me "Mary" Also whilst the product is good the communication is awful. As there is no direct way to make contact apart from email if you have a question or issue that needs addressing it takes forever to get a reply and if after a reply you have a follow-up question again it can take best part of a week. You need to be more responsive to customers or have an alternate contact method. I like the product but your customer service is kikem1 star!

Twinn rings didn’t work. Emailed Twinn for help. No reply. Returned the rings email several times still no reply and still no refund.

Great product.
Also great customer service - hassle-free exchanges when I got the wrong size (twice!!). Very happy with the purchase.

Was about to buy twinn metal blue ring as my first payment ring coz liked design. Luckily readed more before final decision to buy and found this:

"Once your Twinn payment ring expires, the internal digital payment token becomes permanently inactive."

Definitely will choose twinn competitors as they have no expiration date on rings for "security" reasons as twinn have. Hope this post help others to be aware of this option before choosing your ring ;)

Communication started off difficult, and it turned out that Royal Mail was at fault. They handled my complaint in a very helpful and expected manner. The product itself is flawless, beautiful, and works much faster and more accurately than the competition. I will definitely order again, and definitely exclusively from them!

I looked at this company as believe it or not we were looking to change our contactless payment rings for the 3rd time! The 1st company stopped trading and the new replacement his and her contactless payment rings we bought, well the better half lost hers so rather than going back to the same place and just getting a replacement, we decided to both have a new set of his and hers contactless payment rings, which is where TWINN come in.
Looked online at the companies that were selling contactless payment rings, and TWINN stood out as they had the better designed rings.
However trying to contact then is a slow process as they are not the quick on getting back to you, and because we want their contactless payment rings we gave TWINN a little bit of time to get back to us. in their responses.
We bought the two 7mm metal design rings, which we are please with and very easy to set up and we already had the Curve App on our phones, we just need to download the TWINN App.
The website shows "Free UK delivery. Ships in 1–2 working days" but if me it was like 10-12 days, but worth the wait as these were the items we wanted.
I've only give 4 stars but if TWINN had been quicker in responding to emails and posting the items then this would have been a 5 star review

Twinn was the first payment ring i tried and they didn't fail. Linking with Curve to give added online security is a plus for me. Had my ring over a year now and it works well at all new payment terminals in uk. I used it abroad and even got cashback in Thailand !! Slick and cool way to pay, phones n cards are oldskool lol. I literally dont leave home without it nowadays.

Great customer service. I had an issue with sizing and I found the team super helpful in getting this resolved. I love the ease of just being able to pay without carrying my phone around, especially when I’m out on a run ! Would highly recommend.

Absolutely love my ring, stylish and sleek and get looks of amazement and wonder when making transactions.
As an overstimulated girlie who gets flustered at the checkout this has worked wonders.
Customer service is responsive and helpful when I ordered the wrong size. Couldn't be happier with Twinn and recommend it to everyone who asks questions about my ring.
Not having to charge it is one of it's biggest perks for me, it's aways ready to go.
