Amazing chair and fast replies from Catherine in customer service.

I have been using this chair for the last two months and will give my honest review. The chair is a game changer as I sit to work for 8h daily and absolutely love it. I am not sure why this is not used by everyone and people think it's only for those with adhd. I would argue it is more ergonomic than other flashy chairs that are sold for more than $1000. It helped me reduce fatigue and back pain as well as keeping upright posture. There are two things i would love to see in a new model : the possibility to change the angle of the foot rest and also more color options (I think it would be great in black). Overall I highly recommend it

My experience with flytt has overall been amazing. I bought the chair in june and waited for standard shipping in august. The chair came a week earlier than expected. I sit in this chair at least 4hrs a day and I finally enjoy sitting and actualy finish my work. With my normal chair I used to get up and go to my kitchen at least 200 times pretending I want to drink water just because I got sore from sitting in one position.

Great chair I highly recommend it.

Absolutely love this chair! My posture is much better and my tailbone doesn't get sore anymore even if I use it for a full working day

This is my new favorite desk chair. I wish I could take everywhere with me. It's worth the investement.

The options for position customisation are truly endless and I love it because it helps me relax my muscles and feel more comfortable. it really changed the way I sit for good.

I love this chair! I've always sat in weird positions since I was in school and never had a good relationship with "normal" chairs. I recommended it to my sister who is also a fidgeter.

I brought this chair from someone on buy and sell page. new condition and it was this chair had the tag. so its legit and came from somewhere I guess. but I have ordered a cover for it on the page and has never come nor can I contact anyone page says there is an error and none exsistant.... so angry

My package was damaged and returned to sender. Over six months of trying to get a replacement sent, I was twice told a new chair was on its way, but nothing happened. I believe I was deliberately deceived, and when I finally demanded a refund I received no response. Do not buy from this company!

Do not buy this product.

We waited months for delivery and only received shipping information after repeatedly following up. Within days of receiving the chair, the top section collapsed.

We have now spent months chasing replacement parts, yet the matter remains unresolved. The company has also refused to provide a refund.

The product quality is unacceptable, and the after-sales service has been extremely poor. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this product or this company.

Delivery of the chair was delayed by a month and if I didn't reach out I wouldn't have known. I got offered the option for a refund, that took 3 months of following up. Finally actioned through the payment system for the refund to be cancelled 1 day later. I have yet to hear back from any of my latest responses and my original order date was Nov 2025

1 & 1/2 months post when chair was suppose to be dispatched and received never came!!!
Over $500 chair. No product received! No recent answers from company. Not even a phone number to ring! Very dodgy company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING OFF THEM. I will be now reporting them to multiple authorities.

I've been super happy with the Flytt chair. I hate sitting on normal office chairs, which I find way too restrictive. It's great being able to change positions, put my feet up and down, tuck my legs under, and change all over again. Much better for my hips and back!

I had no real issues assembling the chair, and the instructions were good. I recommended it to my brother-in-law, who works in IT and sits at a desk most of the day.

My Freedom chair is true to its name, and a terrific investment for me as a writer and creative.

Great quality chair! My partner and I both use it for study and work and it has been super good for us as neurodiverse figiting people! Super sturdy and nice material. Lovely customer service.

Great chair! I have hypermobility and ADHD, so sitting on a regular chair doesn’t cut it. The different positions the Flytt chair allows brings extreme comfort for my body and helps me stay focused! Been using it for over 6 months now. Highly recommend.
