The item I received looked nothing like the picture. The sizing was so off. I couldn't fit it over my arms.
The quality was the worst quality I've ever seen on a jacket.
But it's the customer service that's now letting the company down.
I am trying to get a refund with them but they are constantly saying keep the jacket and just get a credit note for 30% of the product.

I have asked for a refund three times now with them not offering it at this stage.
If a refund is actioned, I will update this review.

Will lose money on this sale. Garment looked nothing like the gorgeous one in the photos. I ordered a jumpsuit and when it arrived it was awful. Bad material, terrible fit, I couldn't even get it on over my head the neck hole was so small and poorly made. Material wise, think a costume you get from the fancy dress shop that comes in a plastic package...that type of material. When I asked for a refund it was constant back and forth of keep the item and we'll give you 10% off then 20. Max was 30% for me to keep it with a 75% off next purchase voucher - as if I'd ever shop there again!

Returns - postage cost to me obviously and they will only pay the refund when the item has been received at their warehouse in China. I don't like my chances of receiving any refund EVER. Do not make the mistake I did and order from this company. Absolutely terrible!

I ordered a pale blue shirt dress, it’s advertised as a linen dress, sadly when I received my parcel, it’s 65%polyester and cotton. I’m so very annoyed with this, the material is horrible, will be returning

I ordered the halter neck jumpsuit item online, Even though item is good and wearable the color wasn't what i ordered a navy blue but dark teal green. Return item was offered options either 30% refund or a credit towards next item. Which is only $30 dollars from spending $89.95. Bit low on refund cash back.

Shocking experience. The items displayed on their website are not what I received - completely different items. Poor material, poor quality, completely unwearable.

Refund process was no better - email followed by every alternative other than a refund. Took 5+ emails before they would agree to a refund and despite them displaying an Australian address on their emails, you can only return to a Chinese address (and pay for shipping).

I would not purchase from Solane Collective - avoid at all costs.

I want to return product and they are making it very difficult. Steer clear, they may seem like an Australian shop front but they are not. All shipping from China and making me pay to return item to China

I had a small question about sizing before placing my order and got a helpful reply pretty quickly. My parcel was dispatched soon after and the tracking kept me updated until it arrived. Everything was folded neatly and looked exactly as I had hoped.

The blazer has become one of those pieces I keep pulling out when I don’t know what to wear. It looks great with jeans and makes a simple outfit feel a little more put together.

I ordered a dress and a pair of sunglasses for a weekend away and ended up wearing both far more than I expected. The dress was easy to style and felt comfortable even after being out all day. The sunglasses were light on my face and didn’t leave those annoying marks around my nose. Both pieces packed well too, which made them perfect for travelling.

I bought a jacket and trousers mainly for work but I’ve ended up wearing them outside the office as well. The jacket has a clean fit without feeling stiff and the trousers stay comfortable through a long day. Delivery was smooth and everything arrived properly packed. I’ll probably check the site again when I need a few more everyday pieces.

Really happy with my first order. There was a good mix of everyday pieces on the site and my package arrived in great condition. I picked up a couple of wardrobe basics and the quality was better than I expected. They’ve already been through the wash and still fit just as nicely.

Bad bad bad thought i was buying from an Australian company product disgusting no labels

Avoid this company.
Advertised product are not what you receive, ordered a wool coat and received a cheaply made knock off with no labels and clearly not wool.
Return is dragged out and takes to long and costs a lot. Not Australia company everything is from china.

Extremely poor service!
It took 14 days to receive the order (ordered on 1/8/2026 and received on 14/8/2026). The product (women puffer jacket) does not have any tag for a brand-new item. It completely does not worth the money I spend for that jacket.
*Extremely poor service.
*The phone number they published 0467146386, never being answered.
*If I'd have known the product is sourcing from overseas, I'd not buy at all (seeing this business is conducting business in Australian). I won't buy again from this substandard business.

Update 19/08 - I submitted a dispute request to the bank on this transaction and they were able to recover my money back. All the good reviews are fake
I wish there was a no star option for them! I can't believe what they sent and I am very disappointed. Wrong colour, wrong design, and the quality is terrible! They advertised a olive green Trench Coat and I am even not able to wear it for gardening!!! It’s like a very bad quality shirt!! I can't believe i paid for this product! They also appear to be an Australian company and only to realise the order was shipped from China after I ordered the product. The bank charged me foreign transaction fee as well. These facts are hidden. They even have an Australian number in the website which isn't working.
I'm trying so hard to return this product. Apparently they don't give the money until they receive the product and you have to return it with your own money and no paid return labels even though this is all fake. I have to spend half of the price of the product to return it because the return address is in China. I am so frustrated.

I have lodged an official complaint against these guys at consumer affairs Victoria. I encourage everyone to do so

BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY…. Received a jacket today, bought it 2 sizes up as I wanted room for layer underneath. The jacket I bought looked cheap and nasty and way too small. I contacted the company immediately and wanted to return and refund. They replied by saying ‘ keep it and will send you a 10% discount on your next purchase’. Emails have been going back and forth and now I’m getting PayPal involved to resolve this…. Don’t be conned this company is rubbish

I wanted to refresh my wardrobe with pieces I could wear every week, and these were exactly what I needed. Even after a couple of washes, they still keep their shape and feel just as comfortable. Already planning my next order.

Picked up a pair of trousers for work and they've been a great addition to my wardrobe. The fit is comfortable without looking too loose, and they still look sharp after a full day. I'll probably grab another color soon.

False advertising. Displayed beautiful blazer and provided very cheaply made one

Run a mile. They will send you a cheap China $5 imitation garment that is nothing like what your ordered with no labels of brand authenticity or sizing attached. Not an Australian company as suggested on there website.
They will bamboosil you and wear you down with partial refund and store credits of combinations over days. Keep asking for full refund and then go straight to your bank , lodge a complaint and get a full refund if you fell in the trap like me. Do not send there cheap item all the way back to China at your cost for them to maybe decide if they will refund.
Dodge company !
