The whole process was well organised and hassle-free, and we would happily recommend them to other businesses looking for a reliable PAT testing service.

They cold call and pretend that they have done your testing before, simply wanting to rebook in. They claimed that they did the testing last year and it was just a renewal, when I questioned them, I was first told that they are the new company of the company that did it last year. I questioned further and it came out that they haven't ever done it before, they actually had no idea when it was done.
This was a highly misleading cold-calling approach which appeared designed to create the impression that we had an existing relationship and an upcoming renewal when neither was true.

The PAT testing itself was fine. However, they did not turn up on the pre-arranged day, with no prior notice. I contacted them to find out what happened and received no response. They decided to come a few days later (not on an agreed day or time) when I was not present, and added extra services that I had not booked them for. I expressed my thoughts on this poor communication and extra charges via email, and no one seemed concerned. It's hard not to feel scammed. We won't be using them again.

We had a incident 2 months after the last PAT Test where a plug caught on fire.
The company also continues to turn up a month early every year a demand money on the spot

I did not like having to wait 2 hours for the PAT tester to arrive. The appt was for 09:00 and no contact was made to inform me that he would be later. I had to contact the office at 09:30 to relay that no one had shown up. I phoned again shortly after 10:00 and was told he would be there by 10:30. He did not arrive until close to 11:00. He had been on another call at 09:00 and had been double booked for an 09:00 reading.

Not informing a client of a delay of this amount of time is not considerate. I had other commitments that had to wait until later in the day.

The service was done well and professionally by the PAT tester.

the man eventually came after a lot of cancelations he only stayed a couple of hours because he said his time was up and he would return after yet another cancelation some one turned up and finished the job ,we thought you have got very expensive £350plus for 4 hours work no materials used we will not be using you again

They attended on time, they were very thorough and the PAT tester was polite and explained everything that they were doing. They offered extra services but were not pushy. All certs and paperwork was sent quickly at a reasonable price. I would be happy to recommend this company.

We have been using UK Safety Management for some years now for our annual PAT Testing in our offices. We have always found their staff to be very friendly and organised, they test everything very quickly and without disruption

The service was OK but do not appreciated being hassled for payment after 7 days. I appreciate this is their terms but do not appreciate being sent all the legal stuff in an email immediatey after 7 days. This is now paid but will not be using them again.

Too expensive keeps going up every year ! Charged £50 for a new plug , £10 for test in microwave will be looking for new company

Very good comms, completed PAT testing as instructed and added value by picking up that we might need an updated EICR.

Price doubled since last year, tester tested items that are not in use and items not working and cost was double last year

Our safety pat testing was cancelled several times and one time the engineer didn’t turn up and we were waiting for him. The price had also increased considerably.

Appointment brought forward, so that was good.
Left site clean and tidy after service completed.

Excellent PAT Testing Service

Really impressed with the PAT testing service. The engineer was very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. He managed to test around 280 devices in just two hours, which was fantastic.

We have had our PAT testing completed by UK Safety Management for many years now. Good price, always arrive on date booked. We have had the same engineer now for years. He is always polite, friendly and does his job well.

Very professional, efficient and prompt at all times.

The engineer carrying out the test is great! The rest of the company is terrible. Continually calling throughout the year to book in the test even when it isn't due. Moving the test earlier and earlier each. One week after having the test completed in August I received a call at 8.45am to try and book our 'routine test' which was due in September! Of course not at all true as we'd only just had it completed.
