On the website never states it coming from china and returns are back to china.
They using a VIRTUAL OFFICE ADDRESS! In UK. Person itself is from poland this is a dropshipping site it seems.
Returns process is bullshit they want item back in china and we pay fees or they want us to keep items for 40% of what we paid.
DO NOT SHOP FROM HERE!

I ordered for my wife the "Shona Orthopedic Comfort Sandals" (£32.95), advertised as high-quality tan leather with a contoured, supportive sole. What arrived was a cheap imitation that completely failed to match the advertised item.
Bait-and-Switch Sole: A completely flat, smooth, generic rubber sole with zero ergonomic or orthopedic support.
Severe Quality Issues: The color was bright safety orange rather than tan, the faux-leather had a raw white core exposed along uneven cut lines, yellow stitching wandered erratically, and visible industrial glue was seeping onto the welt.
When I requested a return label under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, the company ignored multiple emails for over 10 days. Once I pressed the issue, customer service refused to provide a UK return address or a prepaid shipping label. Instead, they offered a tiny 30% partial refund to keep the defective goods, or demanded I pay out-of-pocket to ship the item back to an overseas address in Asia; violating UK consumer law for faulty/misdescribed items. I refused their offers and immediately initiated a formal credit card chargeback dispute through my bank (NatWest). Only after being formally notified of the bank escalation and potential card scheme penalties did Finleycrest finally concede and issue a 100% refund.
Buyer Beware: Do not accept their partial refund offers or pay expensive postage to Asia. If you receive defective goods from this seller, document everything with photos, hold your ground on your UK statutory rights, and escalate directly to your bank's dispute team.

I do not recommend buying from this store. I received the wrong size, and resolving the issue was a long and frustrating process. Instead of providing a prompt and fair solution, I had to repeatedly contact customer service and chase them for updates.

The whole experience caused unnecessary stress and wasted a lot of my time. In the end, I accepted only a partial refund just to bring this matter to a close.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. If you value reliable customer service and a hassle-free shopping experience, I would advise you to shop elsewhere.

Purchased a dress from them. Alarm bells set off when it took ages for the order to arrive. On checking the tracking it stated it was coming from China even though it states they are UK based. It finally arrived and the quality of the dress was so awful I couldn’t even bring myself to try it on. I have emailed them several times, even Called their number and sent messages via Instagram. It’s going on 2 weeks still no response. Total fraud. Avoid them by all means

Appalling do not use. Quality of goods extremely poor. Very misleading, items shipped from Asia not England. No response by help centre. Still trying to get a refund!

AVOID. I thought I was buying from a British company as they advertise a London address. What arrived TWO week later were a flimsy pair of shoes that I wouldn't pay £10 for let alone £34.99. Can I return them? Yes but you need to pay for shipping to Asia. They are thieves

Cheap Chinese imports that they will not let you return for a refund.

They sent me the wrong size and told me to keep them!! They are no good to me!!

Fake trainers that made it feel like I was getting a pair of Hoka trainers, they also sent me the wrong size. Emily at Finleycrest bartered with me (I just wanted a straight refund) and wouldn’t allow me a refund unless I sent the trainers back to Asia (the mistake of the wrong size was theirs) costing me a further £8 which I’m still waiting on a refund £44.99. I would never buy anything from this company ever again.

Items received were definitely not what was advertised. Advertised as leather sandal, received synthetic cheap substandard sandals that are not fit for purpose waited weeks for them now trying to return but I have to cover the cost of return not to London UK as advertised but to Asia

Like most reviews this company is total rip off, was offered 10% refund and keep item that wouldn't fit a child or 50% credit to buy more of their rubbish. Do not buy from Finleycrest.

Ordered 2 Pairs of Shorts . No mention this company ships all items from China . Basically as a consumer they hide behind a London registered address. And your being scammed . By poor quality clothing / footwear. Ive asked for a full refund . Luckily I used PayPal

Took two weeks to receive the sandals I ordered. It turns out they were shipped from China but there was no mention of this when ordering because this company hides behind a London address. The sandals are very poor quality, very flinsy soles with bumps on them where the straps have been stitched under. They didn't even arrive in a shoebox, they're so flimsy they fitted in a plastic bag like a pair of slippers. Don't buy from this company, they're selling tat from China and don't have the integrity to be honest about it.

Appalling quality clothing - looks worse than something you'd buy off a market store. I bought two pairs of shorts and they quality is shocking - shiney material and very poorly made. Appears that everything comes from China.
I requested a return and obviously they make it as difficult as possible - rather than just sending you the instructions to return they give you lots of options saying you can keep it and get 10% back etc. etc. as if you'd want to keep the garbage quality products they send. Then they kindly drop in that if you want a refund you have to return it at your own cost to the warehouse in Asia and that inevitably costs more than the amount of the product. Absolute trash and would never buy from them again - AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Avoid like the plague! Pretends to be a UK company but really it’s all in China. You find out when you wonder why the parcel is taking so long and you realise it’s coming from Asia. When it does arrive the quality is poor and then they haggle around a refund. 10% or you pay for the return costs to China! Crooks who I have reported to Trading Standards.

Quality is absolutely shocking. Would definitely not recommend purchasing from these if you want to waste money and then pay to ship it back over to Asia

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered some shorts at the beginning of June and I’ve heard nothing and can’t get hold of anyone. Their “uk landline” doesn't actually take calls and they are based in Asia not London. They need reporting and stopping. Don’t buy from them, absolute scam.

I wish I'd read more reviews before ordering. The website advertises delivery within 4–7 business days, but my order arrived well after that and after the event I had bought the dresses for. Customer service acknowledged there had been delays, but the only way to receive a full refund was to return the items to an overseas warehouse in Asia at my own expense, with return postage quoted at £30–£40. That makes returning the items completely uneconomical.

The quality was also very disappointing. The material felt cheap, thin and nothing like I expected from the photos on the website. In my opinion, the dresses were not worth the price I paid.

If you're ordering for a specific occasion, I'd think twice. Also be aware that if you need to return anything, you may be expected to pay expensive international postage to an overseas returns centre. I found the returns process far more difficult than I expected, and I certainly won't be ordering from this company again.

I bought a lovely green dress, or so I thought. When it arrived, it looked nothing like the picture; it hung on me like a rag. The material was really thin and cheap, and my husband just stood and laughed because I looked so awful. Having read through the reviews, I will not hold my breath for a refund. This is a warning to others: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Although it claims to be London-based, it is registered with Companies House and is owned by a Polish man based in Poland.

I'm really disappointed - Returns policy as stated on website is not accurate - 2 x pairs of sandals completely different sizes ( so one pair is too small and the other pair the strap does not tighten) and they started off by offering me 10% refund. I have sent over 20 emails and now up to 50% refund.
They offered to send me larger size then changed their minds and are now saying i have to pay for postage back to Asia! I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU PURCHASE ELSEWHERE

Terrible company. They claim on their website that returns are simple and easy. This is totally untrue. Returns are very complicated and unless the product is faulty the customer has to pay expensive postage to send the return to Asia. Unlike reputable companies a free return is not available if the product simply doesn’t fit or suit, this is then at the customer’s expense.
