Appalling Delivery and customer service
Ordered an office chair Aug 25th, delivery scheduled for Sat 29th.. no proactive emails or information and order sat all day as still expected to be delivered. It wasn’t and I lost a Saturday sitting waiting. Order then updates to sorry for delay - if not delivered by 1st Sept contact us, so I did. You can only contact them via whatsapp - they arranged to escalate and replace original order. Second chair also failed to deliver, despite me messaging several times on the Friday to check.. yes still expected.. another half day lost before customer service gave in and said it wasnt coming either.
They will not let you speak to a manager, there is no formal complaints process, no proactive chasing or responses on orders and the many escalations they claim to raise for you never amount to anything or any answers.
I now need to wait a further 4 working days for them to investigate the 2nd failed delivery.. even though they never told me the outcome of the first investigation. I am stuck in a loop where I have given up on this ever arriving.. so my recommendation is Dont order from this company. When it goes well its good furniture they deliver but when it goes wrong you may as well give up as they are hopeless.

had a look at the price of mattresses to find a sale on so easy to navigate through all the pages found a bargain ordering was very easy just a few clicks job done time for delivery was pretty quick only to be messed up by the couriers wayfair and courier company investigated delivery turned up the next day great service

Great service, beautiful chest of drawers
Great service! Easy to order- choice of delivery date. Day of delivery time slot given and they arrived within the allotted time. The delivery team were amazing and carried the chest of drawers upstairs into the room where I was putting them which was so good of them! The chest of drawers are beautiful, solid and so much better than expected for the price! I highly recommend the piece of furniture and the delivery team!!

I ordered a coverless quilt that was…
I ordered a coverless quilt that was advertised as a kingsize I received a single which they say is what I ordered. Got a return label. Waited in the house from 8am till 6pm & it wasn't picked up. A wasted day. Now the virtual assistant tells me it can take up to 2 days to get a reply to answer why it wasn't collected. So paid for delivery & need to pay for a collection that hasn't happened. Furious word of warning I'd give this company a very wide berth. Shocking customer service.

Okay chair but not what I would have bought if I had have seen one first
Nice chair but I found when putting it together the seat is very wide and the arms though tightened still seem to have a lot of play in them.
I had to adjust my desk for it to fit underneath, it will do its job but I wouldn’t buy another.
