I ordered a coverless quilt that was advertised as a kingsize I received a single which they say is what I ordered. Got a return label. Waited in the house from 8am till 6pm & it wasn't picked up. A wasted day. Now the virtual assistant tells me it can take up to 2 days to get a reply to answer why it wasn't collected. So paid for delivery & need to pay for a collection that hasn't happened. Furious word of warning I'd give this company a very wide berth. Shocking customer service.
