Appeal hasn't been successful either.

No reply/feedback/details from them since 3 days.

They are a dangerously poor service .payment-related features are not always clear or readily available. When you are trying to launch and monetize a product, uncertainty around payments and account availability can become a major blocker.

I think Polar has a lot of potential, but the onboarding, communication, and availability of payment features need significant improvement. I would currently hesitate to recommend it to someone who needs a reliable payment platform for their business.

Our business was initially approved. After using it for about 2 weeks, and creating payment checkout links (something that is basically offered as a feature on their platform) and ONE payment being made, our organization got immediately off-boarded without any prior warning or notice.

My account was not approved by their AI multiple times for some false meaning and support did not even bother to answer on manual appeal.

Just get the money. They deliver nothing in exchange. Looks mush as a fraud

Very disappointing and unreliable service

My experience with Polar was very disappointing. My account was approved at first, and everything seemed fine. Then, after about one week, the account was suddenly closed without any clear reason or proper explanation.

There was no transparent communication, no real support, and no valid explanation for why this happened. For a company that handles payments and business accounts, this kind of behavior feels very unprofessional and unreliable.

I expected better service, clearer communication, and fair treatment. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Horrible horrible service i wish i listened to these reviews here, this is a scam purely meant to take peoples money,
They let you onto the platform to simply get money from you thats why they let you join and then they institute bogus verification with no end
The customer care does not respond and is none existent, its funny because on linkedin and other places they publish news as though they are an active growing company, they are no please please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, if i could give them 0 start i would

I contacted Polar to ask a simple question. My emails were forwarded twice to a third-party supplier — without my knowledge or consent — including after I explicitly flagged this as a breach of confidentiality. No apology, no acknowledgment. The question itself was never answered. Unprofessional handling of private business correspondence.

Worth noting: the only positive reviews here appear to come from Polar's own team members. The rest speak for themselves. Avoid.

I was about to receive payout this month, but they blocked it. I would not recommend Polar to anyone who are serious about there business. They are not responding to support tickets also. Worst service

I'm leaving this scam platform, I have submitted Payout on 20th March and haven't received yet in my bank after 25 days. Just scammers. I mailed them and also told them on discord multiple times about the issue , nobody cared.

Terrible support, took a whole week to respond.

Worst experience - they don't support any currency other than USD, support is terrible, sudden outages on checkout, lost revenue and sluggish dashboard.

Editing this after 2weeks:
After 2wks of weekday use, it did work. I didn't notice it at first because it's faint but it did cover my growing grays. You can still see the grays and I still use the powder touch-up for complete coverage but its able to give out a no-gray hair look overall. But I emphasise the continuous daily use to achieve it.

I used it as directed (leave for 10mins) upon receiving the item months before, didn't work. I used it recently again to give it a chance. I'm on my 5th day, still didn't work. I felt scammed as it was expensive for a shampoo price. Switching back to box dye now and occasional salon visits.

To be honest, I’m really regret switching to Polar in the first place. My account was fully reviewed in the beginning, and I was clearly told that everything was approved and that I was ready to start selling through Polar. That approval is the reason I left all my previous payment platforms and moved 100% of my sales to Polar.

If my use case was not acceptable, I genuinely don’t understand why it passed the initial review. It would have been far more responsible to decline the account at the start instead of approving it, encouraging me to switch providers, and then reversing the decision afterward. This has put me in a position where I’m losing money that I worked extremely hard to earn, and it directly affects my ability to operate my business.

Given this situation, Holding the entire balance for 120 days is extremely damaging, especially considering that I only switched to Polar because of the initial approval.

Highly don't recommend using polar

I recently switched to polar.sh, and it’s been amazing, easily the fastest and most efficient way I’ve found to receive payments.

I’m using Next.js with Better Auth, and setting up payment links, webhooks, and processing payments has been absolutely seamless. Thank you.
