You gave me an opening credit and then you cut it by more than half even though I’ve never missed a payment and always used my card responsibly. Not happy.

I am sorry that your account was selected for a credit limit decrease. Under responsible lending guidelines, we regularly monitor and review customer’s credit limits to see if they are still suitable for them and their finances. We do this by looking at your account management and information shared by the Credit Reference Agencies. We do review the accounts on a regular basis, so when we are able to offer an increase again, we will let you know at the time.

My Marbles card is just perfect for me, it arrived fairly quick, ive had no issues what so ever since receiving my card. The app is very easy and simple to use, i've set up a direct payment so I haven't even got to think about paying Marbles each month, its all taken care of. I have not needed to use the customer service at all so I cannot comment on that. If you are looking for a credit card, Marbles is the card for you!

The card is good I've used it a lot the only issue I have is that I travel a reasonable amount and when I try to use the contactless payment abroad it doesn't work which is very frustrating apart from that I'm pleased with the card.

To b honest marbles gave me a credit card very thankfull of that they have even gave me an increase very good service there reliable but also i pay my monthley payments on time never fail to do that so it helps my credit rating as well thankyou they leave you alone dont bother customers very glad i choose marbles and they allowed me a credit card its like team work very happy with them

Extremely high interest rate that always seems to take you over your limit, then they add £12 interest
Go with Zable much better rate
I speak about Marbel credit card in my Tiktok which i have a very large platform.
Avoid them at all cost.

We do check accounts on a regular basis and if we feel a lower interest rate would be acceptable, we will let you know right away at the time.
