I ordered my ring to the US on August 6…
I ordered my ring to the US on August 6 and I have yet to receive the ring. On August 15, it said the ring arrived to the facility on my home state. From there, I never got it. I reached out to customer service and somehow they had the incorrect address although the address is correct on my order confirmation email. I reached out and have been told the same thing that the ring has reached the facility and will be delivered within 1-3 business days. This was August 17. It is now September 1 and I still have not received the ring - my wedding was August 28. I had to order a new ring because this one never came. I have been reaching out for a full refund but am continuing to get the run around. I’m glad other people had a great experience but mine has been horrible.

Hard to believe all these glowing reviews. This place does NOT honor their so-called LIFETIME WARRANTY—- BEWARE. Their prices are ridiculous compared to the cheap rings they sell.

Commitment rings
I ordered a ring for myself and for my partner. His fit perfectly, but I had to get a different size. The process was very smooth, and the replacement ring was perfect. We are both very happy with our commitment rings.

Very attentive
I've ordered 4 rings from and I love them all. 4 rings so far! It's really easy getting them resized if they don't fit when you get them. They stay in contact with you the entire time your ring in route to your home. The whole experience is just very positive and that makes you want to order from them again.

My rings were perfect and beautiful. I was a bit hesitant and my only disappointment was how cheaply the sent them in bags and not a ring box. I bought three sets of rings and all they packaged them in were plastic bags!!!!
Two sets were for wedding and engagement, how am to open a bag???!!
