ordered our rings for our wedding on 24th Jun the arrived in UK on the 14th June and sat in a royal mail delivery center without moving for a week. the day before the wedding and after several calls to Royal mail they were declared as lost. Communication with Marco Voletti was very good and Emily3 in customer service was excellent in arranging replacement rings out to us to replace the lost ones which was not Marco Volettis fault. Our new rings reached us in 5 days and we are very happy with the quality of them. Thanks to Emily3's help we now have a wedding bands and are very happy

I ordered a ring online. It was very easy to use the site.
It arrived quickly and was delivered to my mail box. The size was perfect. I wanted a gold band to wear with my other wedding rings. It was a great match and looks absolutely stunning. Would recommend this company.

The customer service is useless. I don't have my order and they don't reply to my emails at all. I would never recommend this business to nobody. I ordered a ring and the shipping company came to my house and left saying the apartment only start at 5 so they left my number is 4 on the other side of the dang building it’s been 5 weeks now no ring and no money back. Customer service sucks they need to call that company get my ring back and go through a different shipping company but they are not doing anything to help at all. So I hav no ring and it’s way past my wedding date to have it and I don’t have my money for it I’m so sad and hurt right now do not buy from this company.

So many beautiful choices, it was difficult to make a decision. Finally settled on a blue and black band, a blue I love. The ring arrived in a timely fashion and in an impressive little velvet bag. The ring was just as advertised and I've been wearing ever since. Love it!

The workmanship is outstanding, love the way my item looks feels , the only issue I have and it’s not MV jewellery’s fault , it’s that I have a Z+6 sizing and that’s the smallest ring finger I have they get bigger , the ring I bought is very nice

Purchased two pairs of rings for my wife and I. The communication has been fantastic throughout the process. I mistakenly ordered an 8mm for my wife and needed a smaller width.
