Do not buy this stuff. Poor "imitation", sold at original perfumes' and quantity prices. Not even close to the real scents. Such a waste of money.

I’ve had a great experience ordering perfume samples from Lux Scents. They have an excellent selection, especially of niche and harder-to-find fragrances, and I love being able to try different scents properly before deciding whether a full bottle is worth it.

My orders have arrived well packaged and the samples have been exactly as expected. I’ve already discovered several fragrances I love through them, and I keep coming back whenever I want to explore something new. A great option for perfume lovers who enjoy sampling and discovering new scents without committing to a full bottle.

Très satisfaite de mes commandes. J’ai pu comparer les decants reçus aux parfums originaux que j’ai deja et tout est ok ! Même fragrance (tête cœur et fond) même projection et même sillage. Testé avec isola blu de ROJA et Scarlet Sands de ex nihilo. Déjà 3 commandes de passées et je vais continuer !! Service client sérieux et réactif +++

Me sabe muy mal tener que decirlo, pero he confirmado que sus decants son falsos. He comprado 25 ml de tuberose astral y al compararlo con el verdadero no tienen nada que ver, se parecen un poco, pero se nota que no es el original ni en duración ni en secado ni en nada. Una pena por q confiaba en ellos y ya no volveré ni a comprar ni a aconsejar esta tienda. Son estafadores, no compréis, un saludo

Exceptional quality and a service that inspires confidence. I am extremely satisfied with my experience with LuxScents. From the moment I received my order, I was impressed by the attention to detail. The preparation, packaging and presentation of the samples demonstrate a genuine commitment to quality.
What I particularly appreciated was the quality of the samples themselves. The fragrances I received genuinely correspond to the authentic juices, and the samples are presented in very high-quality containers and packaging. You can immediately feel that LuxScents is not simply looking to sell samples, but to offer a truly premium experience.
Everything was perfectly organised and carefully packaged. This is exactly the kind of seriousness and professionalism one looks for when purchasing niche and high-end fragrances, especially when it comes to discovering expensive fragrances before investing in a full bottle.
For me, LuxScents is now the place where I will buy all my fragrance samples. I will also highly recommend this store to my friends, acquaintances and anyone interested in discovering niche or luxury fragrances through samples, with the peace of mind of knowing that they will receive a high-quality product.

One point that could be improved: delivery
The only aspect I believe could be improved is the choice of delivery carrier. My order was shipped with “GLS”, and I found the delivery time quite long. I also noticed several inconsistencies in the information displayed on their tracking system, which did not always seem to reflect the actual situation of the parcel in real time.
This does not take away from the quality of LuxScents at all, but this aspect slightly affects what is otherwise an excellent overall experience.
In the future, offering a faster and more reliable carrier, such as DHL or another premium alternative, could perfectly complement the quality of the LuxScents service. Since LuxScents is based in Germany, this could also allow for even faster deliveries throughout Europe.
But despite this small point, my overall experience remains “excellent”. I am very happy to have discovered LuxScents and I will order from them again without hesitation.

Je commence à m’intéresser de plus en plus aux parfums de niche et je fais régulièrement des balades olfactives. Je note les références qui me plaisent sur touche, puis je les commande en format 5 ou 10 ml pour pouvoir les tester sur ma peau avant de passer à l’achat du flacon.

100% satisfecho, es la segunda vez que realizo una compra ,perfumes originales lo recomiendo mucho.

My first and definetely the last purchase .. Byredo Blanche I was hoping to get for bargain sample price smelt like cheap air freshener and free comlplementary scent of kind of Ballotino literally stank . Ive tried big brand dupes in past , some of good quality just this company is a huge scam , so stay away and dont waste your money ..

Scammers. They sent fake samples (similar scent)!!

If you don't believe me, order a perfume that you know by heart and order a sample from them!!

Everything is great, everything is great, the only downside is the delivery?

Pedí dos muestras de perfume de Dusita y me llegaron dos muestras que son claramente perfumes falsos, recuerdan vagamente al original pero no tiene nada que ver, ni el olor ni el color del líquido que era totalmente diferente.

I have ordered several perfume samples from them twice. The first time, everything was perfectly fine and I had nothing to complain about. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for my second order, where one of the vials arrived completely empty. It was spotless, almost sterile, with no fragrance whatsoever.

​I emailed their support to let them know what happened, mentioning that it wasn't even about the full sample itself, but rather that I just wanted to know what the fragrance smelled like, and asked if they had a solution. I thought they might at least send me a scented strip in a regular envelope.

​They replied asking for photos of the empty vial. I sent them about five photos from different angles to show that the bottle was completely untouched and had never contained any perfume. In response, they told me that if perfume hadn't been filled into the vial, it wouldn't have been fully closed—and since it appeared fully closed in the photo, their process couldn't have failed.

​Basically, they implied that I was making it up. This approach completely caught me off guard, as I have zero reason to fabricate stories over €12. Even a kindergarten child could see through their argument. Naturally, as soon as I realized the vial was empty, I unscrewed the cap to check for any scent. Finding none, I screwed it back on.

​What shocked me the most is that their customer service simply refuses to accept this possibility or acknowledge that someone could have made a mistake while assembling the order. Honestly, I have never encountered a customer service attitude like this in my life.

Ich habe nur 1/3 der bestellten Artikel erhalten. Ich konnte mehrere kostenlose Proben in den Warenkorb legen, die auch im Bestellprozess angezeigt wurden, aber leider nicht geliefert worden. Der Kundenservice hat dann auf meine Beschwerde hin zurückgeschrieben, dass pro Kunde nur ein kostenloses Muster versendet wird. Aber wenn ich was in meinen Warenkorb legen kann, gehe ich doch auch davon aus, dass ich es zugeschickt bekomme. Leider nein.
Keinerlei Entschuldigung oder Nachsendung oder anderweitiges Entgegenkommen. Obwohl der Fehler eindeutig nicht bei mir lag.

Ho ordinato 2 campioncini da questa ditta ma li ho ricevuto da un'altra:_ memona.eu. Magari sono la stessa azienda o collaborano insieme ma mi ha un po' stupito...al di là di questo, che può essere trascurabile, ho purtroppo constatato che BACCARAT 540 extrait de parfum non sembra del tutto l' originale, ovvero, lo ricorda ma 1: ha una nota in più fastidiosa che non avevo sentito nell'originale 2) dura molto poco sulla pelle o comunque dopo poco si sente molto meno. Non voglio dire che non siano reali, ma diciamo che nel complesso non sono rimasto soddisfatto. L'altro non l avevo mai sentito quindi non posso fare raffronti.

Great experience so far.Everything is correct, well-packaged, and fast this time. No complaints.
