After switching to Levamo, we finally have the performance we've been searching for. Our site crawled on both WP Engine and Siteground, but it flies on Levamo. No more waiting 10 seconds for admin pages to load!

Support is very responsive and they're adding new features rapidly. They are also very responsive to customer feedback.

I highly recommend them if you're running an eCommerce, eLearning, or membership site; other hosts just don't seem to have the performance for complex sites.

I'very happy with the personal touch from these folks. Levamo's customer service and support is very responsive and they don't stop until you are completely satisfied.

I admire the flexibility of the plans and they keep adding options and expanding the plans, so there's more bang for the buck. Recommended.

We run a fairly busy WordPress site, so switching hosts wasn't a casual decision for us. Our old host was fine for visitors. Front end loaded well. The problem was wp-admin. The second you logged in, everything got sluggish. Page loads dragged, moving between screens felt heavy, and basic tasks took longer than they should. When your team lives in the dashboard all day, that adds up fast.

Moved to Levamo and the slowness was just gone. Immediately. No big project on our end either. We migrated (their team handled it, free, no downtime) and the thing we'd been working around for ages disappeared.

What sold us is that it's actually built for busy WordPress sites. A slow backend isn't something we'd tell anyone to put up with, so it never sat right having it on our own. Levamo fixed that with no tradeoffs we can point to.

If you're running a serious WP site and the admin feels slow, worth a look.

The performance on Levamo is nearly unmatched--I've tested a lot of web hosts and only ever seen one that can compare.
They do have an AI chat bot, which I dislike and try to bypass as quickly as possible, but once I get to the actual support techs, they generally quite helpful. There were times communication wasn't always clear on how/what was fixed, but they get things done regardless. I had a plugin that needed the (non-standard) SOAP extension for PHP, and they got it done in a matter of hours when I was expecting days (or worse).
Though their v2 dashboard has had some rough edges, the team has helped me figure out anything where I had questions.
They offer Monarx, Patchstack, and Cloudflare for a security stack that's impossible to beat, and backups that just work. That's peace of mind that is worth every penny (and more).

When the recent WordPress supply chain attack news came out, I panicked, but Shahzeb walked me through everything step by step, checked my site personally, and confirmed it was safe. The support team is second to none! they are fast and complete

Within hours of migrating to Rapyd we encountered major tech issues. The first being a serious privacy breach which I was informed affected 99 other sites.
We then had 2 further issues all 3 Rapyd admitted full liability .
They advertise “24/7 customer support” and reliable service availability, but in my experience this is false and misleading. Their system caused technical issues that disrupted the use of my platform, and despite repeated attempts to obtain support, I have received minimal help being ignored for weeks.
I was financially out of pocket as had to pay refunds. My app was ‘down’ numerous times . I had to demand a zoom call to put things right
The CEO ignored me and the head of customer service has ignored me since DEC 2025
Thank god we have now left them. The worse company I’ve dealt with in 11 yr of business.
It actually made me physically and mentally sick dealing with them for 4 months. My reputation was almost ruined. I reached out to all the CEO ‘s who ignored me bar one but then never followed up. The damage they caused cost me over £700 to pay my developer to put right. They refused to cover her costs yet thought they were generous by offering 3 months hosting
We have a Google file of over 200 emails . Oh and they don’t work weekends despite their advert of 24/7 support. So if there’s a major issue Friday don’t expect help until the following week.
