I made a stupid mistake and they honored the correction without an ounce of pull back. I did the buy 1 get 3 free promotion but mistakenly didn’t push for 2 of the same design. When the package arrived I only had 3 not 4 items. I messaged them and they researched and found that I only asked for one not two of the same design. I explained I bought them for an upcoming event and they quickly sent out the other item without any hesitation or grief.

Fantastic quality

I have always been dubious about facebook companies. I'd been watching the ads pop up on my feed for months and when the offer of buy 1 get 3 free I decided to try them out. Product arrived quickly and well packaged. After a little adjustment as to where to have the hook and making it a little tighter I have found these sit well on my ear and stayed in place throughout the evening.

I purchased the “buy 1, get 3 free”, and it was definitely worth it. I have gotten compliments on my ear jewelry, and I too think they are very pretty and unique. The only reason to give 4 stars instead of 5 is because if you’re wearing the jewelry, you feel it. I can only wear it for a few hours before it noticeably bothers me, then I remove it. Maybe my ears are a little sensitive? Either way, I do recommend trying this product, so many pretty designs to choose from.

My order (#O178611) was marked as delivered, and they even had proof of delivery with a photo showing it at my house. Unfortunately, I never received the package, so I’m still not sure if it was stolen or somehow got lost.
I contacted their customer service, and they responded within 24 hours. They provided the delivery proof and simply asked me to check around one more time. When I still couldn’t find it, they didn’t argue or make the process difficult, they immediately sent me a replacement at no additional cost.
I’m extremely impressed with their professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to take care of their customers. The products are awesome too! No wonder they have such great ratings.

The quality is amazing and it even comes with a little cloth to keep them shiny!

I love the earrings! They took a bit of time to arrive, but that wasn't a problem. At first they kept falling off the top of my ear. The metal is pretty solid, so I can't just press them down securely while putting them on. I'm working on getting exactly the right width, not too tight but not falling off.

Easy to order. All 4 pieces look exactly as I expected them to. They are comfortable, not heavy, they don’t poke my neck and I’ve had no reactions to any of them. Delivery took 10 days from time of order. I’m very pleased with the products and have just placed my second order.

These ear cuffs are beautiful I've ordered twice.

But most recently I ordered the Sun & Moon but only received the Sun.
When I queried it they said it's only one. When something is stated clearly as AND it means both.
Not one or the other.

Correct listing would be Moon OR Sun

Really lovely designs, beautifully packaged, arrived quickly, comfortable to wear, had lots of comments on them, they look classy, I chose the diamanté styles, highly recommend. Customer service are fantastic to deal with too.

I love my ear pieces. I also gave a couple away. The packaging was elegant and professional as well. I will be shopping at Oreylo again.
