Thank you, Roger, for taking the time to share your experience and for giving us the opportunity to resolve the Z15 PRO issue. We truly appreciate your trust in OneMiners.

We have recently deployed 240 Antminer Z15 PRO machines in the USA, each delivering 860 KH/s of Zcash hashrate, and we are very pleased to see the entire batch operating in excellent condition.

As sometimes happens with hardware, a small number of machines can unfortunately arrive with production faults or develop issues during transportation from the factory to the hosting center — Murphy’s law seems to have a special relationship with mining hardware. 😄

Whenever that has happened, we have replaced the affected machines on our side without even having to trouble the customers and without causing unnecessary delays to their mining operations. We believe this is exactly what a professional hosting provider should do.

At the moment, the batch is performing particularly well, with rewards running at close to 102% of the expected maximum. Zcash mining can be quite challenging these days because pools can sometimes underpay and shares can be dropped at a surprisingly high rate. Maintaining this level of effective performance is therefore something we are very happy about, and we hope it stays this way.

Another convenient feature is that the Zcash you mine can now be withdrawn directly to your own wallet. You can also exchange your mined Zcash for BTC or USD, either through an exchange or conveniently within the OneMiners platform, giving you flexibility over how you use your mining rewards.

As usual, our target is 99%+ uptime. And if your uptime ever falls below 95%, we will compensate you accordingly. Even the best hosting provider doesn't have godlike powers 😄 — but fortunately, we do have the resources to compensate our customers when Murphy’s law wins a round.

I also personally reviewed your miner and its performance after installation.

Your Antminer S21+ Hyd 395 TH/s is currently running in excellent condition at our Nigeria #2 hosting location. The miner is delivering its full expected 395 TH/s, its health status is Healthy, and there are currently no overheating issues, hardware faults, or repairs recorded.

I personally checked your earnings and electricity consumption as well.

On September 2, your miner generated:

• 0.00019643 BTC
• Approximately $15.16 in gross mining revenue
• Electricity cost: approximately $7.47
• Net operating profit after electricity: approximately $7.69 for the day

I also verified the electricity billing against the miner's power consumption. Your Antminer S21+ Hyd 395 TH/s operates at approximately 5.9 kW, which means approximately 142 kWh of electricity per day at full operation.

At your current electricity rate of $0.0525/kWh, this results in an expected daily electricity cost of approximately $7.47.

This matches the electricity charges shown in your account, so I personally verified that everything is calculated correctly.

I also reviewed the mining performance. Your approximately $15.16 gross revenue on September 2 is consistent with the expected performance of a healthy 395 TH/s Bitcoin miner under the market and network conditions at that time.

Technically, your machine is performing exactly as it should.

From the hardware perspective, your miner is also in an excellent state. The machine is operating normally, all hash boards are functioning correctly, and there are currently no reported technical issues or repairs.

Your uptime since installation is also close to 100%, which is exactly the operational standard we aim for at OneMiners. With new-generation miners, it is naturally easier to maintain extremely high uptime because the equipment begins its operational life in fresh condition — and our responsibility is to keep it running that way through continuous monitoring and professional hosting operations. 🚀

An option that could further improve your profitability

You may also consider our prepaid electricity option, which can provide up to a 30% discount on your electricity price.

With a 30% electricity discount, the effective rate would be approximately:

We’ve recently made several improvements to make the entire process simpler and faster, from a much easier checkout to our Turnkey mining setup. With Priority Processing, Turnkey miners are prepared for installation and targeted to be connected and brought online within 48 working hours on working days.

I personally checked your order and the deployment of your Antminer S21e Hydro 332 TH/s. You selected Priority Processing together with our Pay Later installment model. Once our department confirmed and processed the payment for deployment, your miner was installed and brought online within approximately 29 hours.

Your Antminer S21e Hydro is currently fully operational at 332 TH/s and reporting a healthy status. The mining connection and monitoring are working normally, with no overheating, malfunction or repair history recorded.

Your miner is also covered by our 7-year hardware warranty and guarantee coverage, providing long-term protection for the machine. Covered repairs are handled according to the applicable warranty terms.

The first mining results are already visible. On September 1, your miner produced 0.00015781 BTC, with a recorded market value of $12.22 for that day. The reward was credited at 100%. The maximum theoretical possible amount to be mined on that miner on majority of pools is 0.00015775 BTC what is +-1% of the amount what you have received on our account. The separate $7.11 USDT payment represents the applicable electricity/fee charge and should not be confused with the gross mining reward, that corresponds with power consumption of your Bitcoin miner of 5644 Watts per hour - here deviation is within range of +-2%..

Your current electricity rate at our Nigeria #2 facility is $0.0525/kWh. If you choose to prepay electricity, the rate can be reduced to $0.04992/kWh with a 1-year prepaid term, representing a 4% discount. For customers planning to operate long term, our 7-year prepaid option is currently $0.0364/kWh, representing a 30% discount.

Importantly, the 7-year prepaid rate is fixed for the full seven-year prepaid period. This means the discounted electricity price is secured for the entire seven years ahead, giving you predictable long-term operating costs rather than being exposed to potential changes in the standard hosting rate.

This is one of the advantages of combining Turnkey hardware with long-term hosting: the initial purchase can be structured through Pay Later, while the ongoing operating cost can subsequently be optimized through prepaid electricity.

I personally verified your order and the deployment of your two new IceRiver XP0 miners. You used our Pay Later option, and immediately after your first installment was credited and confirmed by our Finance Department, we initiated the installation process.

What I particularly want to highlight is the speed of this deployment. Your two new XP0 miners were fully installed and operational within approximately 23 hours of payment confirmation. The machines were installed, the mining pool was configured, connectivity and monitoring were checked, and the complete setup was brought online without delay.

Both XP0 miners are currently fully operational and healthy, running at 150 GH/s each, with 100% uptime since installation.

The actual mining results are already visible. For example, on September 1, one of your XP0 miners generated 334.6321 XP, with a recorded value of $5.17 for that day. The reward was credited at 100%. This is actual machine-level production, rather than a projected profitability calculation.

Your miners are currently hosted in our USA facility where you have the option to prepay your electricity costs in advance and upgrade to our $0.049/kWh all-in electricity rate. This can materially reduce your ongoing hosting cost and is an option worth considering once you decide how long you intend to keep the machines running.

Your order also included our Tax Optimization Service, which helped reduce the import-related costs associated with bringing the hardware into operation.

This deployment is a good example of what we aim to provide: fast payment processing, rapid installation of new hardware, correct pool configuration, immediate operational status, transparent monitoring and actual visibility of mining performance.

We’ve recently made the experience even easier with our new OneMiners app for iPhone and Android. You can manage and monitor your miners directly from your phone, and if you’ve ordered a machine for delivery, you can also track the shipment right in the app.

We’ve also added more flexibility after ordering. If you change your mind and decide you’d rather have the miner hosted instead of receiving it, you can switch it from shipping to hosting at one of our facilities — for example, in Texas, USA.

There is also an important benefit to hosting with us: hosted miners come with our 7-year warranty covering repairs, which gives you much more long-term protection. For miners shipped directly to customers, the warranty is generally the original manufacturer warranty, typically 12–24 months. As an authorized ASIC distributor for multiple manufacturers and brands, we have to follow their individual warranty policies and unfortunately cannot extend those manufacturer warranties ourselves.

That said, even if you choose to have your miner shipped, you’re not on your own if something goes wrong later. We operate repair centers and can support repairs across the USA, Europe, Asia and Africa, so you can send your machine to us if it needs attention in the future.

Our goal is to give customers as much flexibility as possible — from buying and shipping a miner, to managing it from your phone, to switching to professional hosting when that makes more sense.

Thank you for your review. You are absolutely right about the speed of the processing and connection.

I personally checked your order and the deployment of your Antminer S21 XP 270 TH/s. Your payment was confirmed on August 18, and our team completed the installation and brought the miner online on August 20 at 19:25.

The S21 XP is currently running normally at 270 TH/s and is healthy. The mining pool, connectivity and monitoring were configured and verified as part of the installation. The miner has also maintained uptime very close to 100% since it was brought online.

You are also eligible by default for our 7-year warranty and guarantee coverage, providing long-term protection for the hosted hardware.

The first mining results are already visible in the platform. On September 1, your miner produced 0.00013444 BTC, with a recorded reward value of $10.40 for that day, before the applicable electricity charge.

Importantly, the actual reward received is currently tracking very close to the theoretical output expected for a 270 TH/s S21 XP. Some daily fluctuation is completely normal in Bitcoin mining. As a practical reference, the theoretical calculation can be affected by approximately 0.5% pool fees, around ±3% from normal pool luck, approximately ±2% from operational factors such as hashboard stability, rejected shares and network losses, around ±1% from statistical randomness, and approximately ±1% from pool-side variance or fairness. These factors mean that actual daily rewards will naturally move above or below the theoretical figure even when the miner itself is operating correctly.

Your miner is hosted at our Nigeria #2 facility at approximately $0.0525/kWh. For customers planning to operate their miners long term, we also offer 7-year prepaid electricity at the current rate of approximately $0.0364/kWh, providing a substantially lower electricity cost over the full prepaid period.

Your order also included Priority Processing and our Tax Optimization Service, helping make the transition from purchasing the hardware to having a fully operational miner more efficient.

For us, hosting is not simply about placing a machine in a facility. The hardware needs to be installed correctly, connected to the mining pool, monitored and verified as operational. In your case, that process was completed quickly, and your S21 XP is now operating normally with uptime close to 100% and rewards tracking very close to its theoretical expected production.

Thank you for the detailed review. I’m especially glad to hear that Patrick has been responsive and knowledgeable — strong technical support is an important part of serious mining operations.

One of the things we focus on at OneMiners is making the economics of mining understandable before a customer commits capital. ROI can be modeled using the miner’s hashrate and efficiency, current network difficulty, block subsidy, BTC price, electricity rate, hosting costs, pool fees and expected uptime. From there, we can calculate the expected daily/monthly mining output, operating cost, break-even point and projected ROI under different Bitcoin price and difficulty scenarios.

Our objective is straightforward: provide one of the most competitive and profitable overall solutions for Bitcoin mining by optimizing the factors we can actually control — hardware pricing, electricity costs, hosting infrastructure, uptime, deployment, operational efficiency and technical support.

There is, however, one variable that ultimately remains outside everyone’s control: the Bitcoin market itself. We cannot predict or control the future BTC price, and we cannot control Bitcoin network difficulty. Those are the fundamental market risks every Bitcoin miner faces. What we can do is build the mining operation as efficiently as possible so that the machine is positioned competitively under different market conditions.

Thank you for the honest, detailed review — walking through the full payment experience, grace period included, is genuinely useful for other people considering PayLater.

To your point about the miner staying live: that's by design, and it's worth showing why in numbers. Your Whatsminer M79S runs at 1.35 PH/s, drawing 20,000W continuously — 480 kWh/day. At our Norway Arctic hosting rate of $0.064/kWh, that's $30.72/day, and that is the full hosting fee, since our hosting rate equals the electricity rate with nothing added on top.

At current network difficulty and BTC price, a machine at that hashrate is generating in the neighborhood of $50+/day gross — netting out to roughly $20+/day above hosting costs. That's a strong return for a rack-scale ASIC right now, and it's exactly why keeping the miner running through a short payment delay, rather than shutting it down the moment a due date passes, protects real value for the customer. So your miner is in good shape and making such amount of BTC and money as expected as expected ( +- 0.00067302 BTC for 31th August)

One thing worth knowing for the future: customers can lower that electricity cost further by prepaying for the full 7-year term, which comes with a 30% discount off the standard rate. On a machine like yours, that would take daily electricity cost from $30.72 down to about $21.50 — roughly $9/day saved, or around $23,500 over 7 years. For long-term miners, that combination of locked low-cost power and a 7-year hardware warranty is about as close to a best-case setup as this industry offers.

Every miner we host comes with that 7-year warranty and free repairs, so hardware risk on our end is covered for the life of your plan. And we've built for the long haul ourselves — we plan to be here for the full length of every contract we sign, supporting your miner for as long as you're mining with us.

A couple of updates that should help going forward: we've improved reminder notifications ahead of due dates, and just added the ability to apply mining rewards directly toward your installment balance — so on-time payments can increasingly happen automatically.

One honest ask for the future: please try to stay ahead of due dates where you can. A late payment costs us processing time, and it costs you uptime and income if a miner ever does get paused — something we try hard to avoid. Once payment clears, mining resumes immediately; nothing is ever confiscated, and there's always a path to catch up.
