It’s been absolutely horrible worse experience I’ve had with a company. The equipment is nothing but trash and has tore my truck up twice and had to have it towed once and now I’m broke down on the side of the road with my special-needs child and y’all say there’s nothing you can do to help me. So yes if it don’t change I’ll be changing to smart start

I called regarding a failed sample and Samantha was no help along with her nasty attitude. I was on the phone 5 times this morning with customer support and Diane was the only individual who was able to help me without immediately getting an attitude. Samantha gets double thumbs down, Diane thank you for helping me with my situation and NOT HANGING UP THE PHONE.

Kay was wonderful, patient, kind, and very helpful. I was also extremely happy that an actual person was available to help go through everything and that it wasn’t computer automated. Over all very pleased. Thank you!!

The agent was extremely pushy, kept interrupting me, & didn’t seem to know his job. If this wasn’t an absolutely necessary requirement for me to agree to purchase I would have hung up almost immediately

Julio Hernández was the only person I’ve dealt with through out this entire DUI process who was kind and went beyond expectations to make sure everything was done properly, in a timely manner and I understood what was going on. Give that man a raise or at the very least, extra PTO! Thanks

Whoever called me offered an installation facility which I rejected I requested Emerald Automotive for my installation facility and he kept insisting on another shop he repeatedly insisted that I get my installation done on the 12th and I told him at least seven different times that I was working on the 12th and I was not available on the 12th I did not authorize this installation and I am not going to be using the shop that he insisted on

If I could give this company zero stars, this would be the moment.

I have been using Intoxalock’s ignition interlock device, and unfortunately, my recent experience has been very frustrating.

The biggest concerns I have are the quality of customer service and unexpected or unclear fees. When I have needed assistance, I have not always felt that my concerns were handled with the level of professionalism, patience, and helpfulness that I would expect from a company providing such an important service.

I have also experienced charges that I was not expecting or that were not clearly explained to me beforehand. These additional fees can become a significant financial burden, especially when you are already paying for the required interlock service.

I understand that an ignition interlock device comes with rules, requirements, and costs, and I take those responsibilities seriously. However, customers deserve clear communication, transparent pricing, and respectful customer service.

However, the service center that I go to is amazing and helpful; I wish I could say the same for this company.

If you don't keep up with checking your account activity, you will find yourself unwilling to sponsor this company. SAD! BE CAREFUL!!!

the representative I spoke with made me feel less anxious about this whole process. She explained what to expect and assured me I am not alone. She did very well

If I could give less than a one star I would it’s been the worse experience of my life I was only supposed to do one year of it and now it’s thirteen months they are saying I missed a rolling retest witch is wrong I’ve called no less than a hundred times into lot Blane’s the dmv the dmv blames the place where I have it calibration but in actuality it’s intoxlots fault now they want to give me an extra four months when it’s their faulty equipment that’s at fault if any one knows any help for me please reach out
