Flawless customer service

Excellent customer service and very quick resolution
I purchased a K&F Concept variable ND filter which unfortunately arrived with scratches on the glass and appeared to have been previously opened. I contacted K&F Concept customer service, provided photographs showing the problem, and was very impressed with the way they handled my case.
They responded promptly and arranged a replacement without any unnecessary difficulty. The replacement arrived remarkably quickly by DHL, was properly sealed and packaged, and the filter was in excellent condition.
Problems can occasionally occur with any purchase, but for me what really matters is how a company responds when something goes wrong. In this case, K&F Concept dealt with the issue professionally, efficiently and courteously, and I couldn't really have asked for a better resolution.
Many thanks to Grace and the customer service team for their help. Based on my experience with their after-sales support, I am very happy to give them five stars.

Came across a video on use of filters…
Came across a video on use of filters and saw the K&F Concept ND and CPL filter combined in one filter and had seen reviews of photographers review so defused to buy one and try it out and I was impressed at the quality of build, costing on filter and ease of use so I went and bought two more as my wife also does photography and we share filters on our various lenses with a 77mm diameter, overall impressed by quality it adds to enhance our photos.

Got the quick mount for insta360. Only works with the gopro-mount provided. Didn’t fit any of the other 10 of my old gopro-mounts form different manufacturers.

The uv filters are fine
The uv filters are fine, they seem good quality and each have their own plastic case which has a foam insert which really keeps them safe during delivery and is great to keep for storing the filters when they are off the lense.
The only thing that you have to be patient with is the delivery, do not expect to get your order the next day or even the next two or three days. My filters took nearly two weeks to arrive. Although they had travelled along way. I think if I order anymore things I will look on Amazon first because I am sure the same K&F filters were listed there with a shorter delivery time but a couple of pounds dearer.
