Excellent customer service and very quick resolution
I purchased a K&F Concept variable ND filter which unfortunately arrived with scratches on the glass and appeared to have been previously opened. I contacted K&F Concept customer service, provided photographs showing the problem, and was very impressed with the way they handled my case.
They responded promptly and arranged a replacement without any unnecessary difficulty. The replacement arrived remarkably quickly by DHL, was properly sealed and packaged, and the filter was in excellent condition.
Problems can occasionally occur with any purchase, but for me what really matters is how a company responds when something goes wrong. In this case, K&F Concept dealt with the issue professionally, efficiently and courteously, and I couldn't really have asked for a better resolution.
