Till er svenskar där ute. Snälla, använd inte detta företag. Detta företag är extremt oprofessionellt och har inget strukturerat system och du har god chans på att åka på en extra avgift.
På plats fick vi vänta i 2,5 timmar på att de skulle hämta ut bilen utan en förklaring varför det tog sådan tid. En annan barnfamilj innan var på plats från kl.8-12 utan förklaring och var helt förstörda för att ingen i personalen tog hand om deras fall utan bara sket i.
Dem är extremt noggranna vid återlämningen och försöket hitta lilla minsta fel för att få dig inte får tillbaks depositionen på 10.000kr.
Undvik green motion i högsta grad. Detta var i grekland, vet inte hur det ser ut i andra länder. Men ska du checka ut bilen se till att vara där i god tid innan annars finns det risk att du missar flyget hem.

Detta är ett oseriöst företag
Detta är ett oseriöst företag. Vi hyrde en bil i Faro där vi kompletterade köpet med en försäkring på bokningsföretaget Rental Cars. Vi hänvisade till denna försäkring när biluthyrare påstridigt ville att vi skulle köpa en tilläggsförsäkring på 450 €.
Vid återlämnandet av bilen så anklagade företaget oss för en rad skador på bilen. Vi kunde dock visa genom foton att skadorna fanns vid upphämtning. Slutligen så hittade de ett litet skrapmärke under stötdämparen som vi missat att fotografera. Det innebar att vi fick betala 452€ för denna skada.
Hela upplevelsen gav intryck av ett oseriöst företag där de till och med ansåg att vi borde dammsugit bilen innan återlämning. Vi har hyrt bilar på många av våra resor men aldrig råkat ut för något liknande.

Ruffel & båg! Läs villkoren noga & se till att du har ett fysiskt bankkort med kredit. Man får massa mer avgifter om man inte har det. Vi var tvungna att komplettera med en försäkring som var dyrare än hyran i sig pga att vi hade ett digitalt kreditkort. Skulle aldrig hyra från detta företag igen!!!!

Felaktig reservation
Enligt voucher skulle reservation för självrisk göras på mitt kort. Inga problem, det är så det brukar gå till.
Jag har en extra hyrbilsförsäkring, så jag behöver aldrig teckna dyra tilläggsförsäkringar hos hyresbolaget.
Nu gjorde istället Green Motion ett KÖP på sek 20 050. När jag upptäckte detta så kontaktade jag företaget och sa att det blivit fel, att skillnaden på reservation och köp är att jag måste betala summan när räkningen kommer. Vilket den gjorde eftersom GM tar upp till 28 dagar på sig att släppa depositionen. I mitt fall tog det bara 11 dagar, men eftersom brytpunkten på mitt kort passerat så måste jag betala. Så kan du inte låna ut/betala
£ 1 505 eller sek 20 050 = välj en annan uthyrare.
Reservation för deposition för självrisk på bilen är helt i sin ordning, detta är inte ok.
Bilen var helt ok, men jag förväntar mig heller inte mindre. Den var supertrevlig att köra.

Fick extra faktura på bensin efter återlämnandet av bilen. Det skillde en stapel på bensinmätaren mellan hämtning och återlämning vilket var okej enligt utlämnings killen.

Hade bokat en bil för1500:-…
Hade bokat en bil för1500:- (Edinburgh). När vi skulle hämta ut den var vi tvungna att ha ett kreditkort istället för ett debitkort. Vi var tvungna att hyra en bil som kostade ca 4500:- mer, då gick det bra med ett debitkort helt plötsligt?? Rena lurendrejarna!!!

Hur ska man skydda sig mot detta?
Jag kom till Green motion i Edingburgh och fick ett hyfsat bemötande. Det det märkliga var att jag hade beställt en SUV vilket framgick tydligt av kontraktet ändå tog han mig med till en Mercedes sedan
som stod precis utanför dörren. Jag fick tjata till mig rätt bil. Nu till det tråkiga. När vi lämnade tillbaka bilen så gick en man igenom bilen, lade sig på gruset och hittade en liten repa i plasten under bilen. Jag fotade bilen före resan för att bevisa skicket på bilen, men inte under bilen. Repan kostade mig 5000 sek.

Hej!
Hyrde bil i Edinburgh och lämnade åter 4/7 .
Har inte fått tillbaka Deposition avgift på 20000:- SK än . Har hyrt av många andra hyrbilsfirmor innan och har aldrig varit med om något liknande.

We are truly sorry to hear that you are still waiting for the return of your deposit.
I can confirm that security deposits are automatically released by Green Motion on the last day of your rental after it has been established that the rental vehicle has been returned in the same condition as it was provided, and there are no further outstanding charges.
Please visit https://greenmotion.com/terms and select the country you rented from to see the deposit information which will advise the general timeframe that you can expect for the release of the deposit.
Whilst in most cases this is available again within 10 working days, unfortunately, this can take up to 30 days depending on the bank that you use. We suggest that you contact your bank as they may be able to speed this process up for you.
Green Motion's policy is to use pre-authorised transactions for our security deposits, which ring-fence the amount within your account, not charge it. This pre-authorised transaction will allow us to make charges if necessary at the end of the rental, but unless this occurs no money will leave your account. Due to the nature of this transaction, the release of these funds may not show on your bank statement as a separate transaction. If you believe that you have been charged your security deposit, please contact your bank and ask them to provide proof of the transaction as a charge on the first day of your rental so that we can look further into this for you.
If this amount is still not available in your account after 30 days from the last day of your rental, please contact us at escalation@cs.greenmotion.com.

Det här med att debitera skador man inte åstadkommit verkar vara något de gör mot många. Jag fick just ett mail från Green Motion Helsingfors där de påstår att jag gjort en skada på nedre delen av framkjolen. En extremt liten skada som man inte ens skulle fota för eventuellt framtida bevis.
Vi får se vart det landar men känns skurkaktigt.
