Had the items sent been properly checked before dispatch the need to quickly get a strap to me could have been avoided. However, once the problem was pointed out a spare strap came quickly.

This shop just does what it says on the…
This shop just does what it says on the tin. It sends you parts for your bike. It's not the fastest in the world because we're all used to Amazon things coming the next day, but it's really nice to not use Amazon sometimes with all their tax avoidance policies and all that. I like to give the UK guys a chance, and these guys are solid and reliable.
