Scammed, not possible to cancel subscription. Don't use faphouse and crownbill.com ! They seems criminal activity !

NEVER BUY ANY SERVICE THAT IS HANDLED BY CROWNBILL. Their billing support is an absolute nightmare of incompetence, total lack of cooperation, and blatant disregard for basic customer rights. This was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had with any billing processor.
I signed up for a short FapHouse trial (billed through Crownbill) for 1€. I was highly dissatisfied with the service immediately, so I used their own website cancellation form right away, believing it was properly processed. Instead, they hit me with another 18€ charge days later. The supposed “cancellation instructions” email went straight to spam. When I contacted support via ticket NBH-389-221903, their team showed zero willingness to help, investigate, or resolve anything. They simply blamed me for not cancelling “in time,” hid behind Terms and Conditions, and refused any refund of the full 19€.
Even worse, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period for distance contracts like this – the right to withdraw without any reason and receive a full refund. I alerted them promptly after realizing I was still being charged despite my immediate cancellation attempt due to my high dissatisfaction. They had every obligation to process the refund, especially since their own process failed me. Instead, their support displayed complete incompetence and zero cooperation: no empathy, no proper investigation, no escalation to a supervisor, just robotic copy-paste responses that completely ignored my situation, my dissatisfaction, and EU requirements for clear, effective cancellation procedures.
This isn’t customer service – it’s a stonewalling operation designed to protect shady recurring billing traps and squeeze money from dissatisfied users who try to cancel promptly. Their total refusal to resolve such a simple issue turned a minor trial into an unnecessary, stressful battle, forcing me to consider chargebacks and formal complaints just to be heard.
Stay far away from any service billed through Crownbill. If you’re already stuck in this mess, skip their useless support entirely and go straight to your bank for a chargeback. Save yourself the time, stress, and money.

Cuando das información de una tarjeta para cobrar dos días de prueba en Faphouse que en mi caso eran para cobrar 1,85eur, pasó dos semanas y un día empezó a extraer de mi tarjeta como cada una hora o así sin parar, 16€, 26€, etc.. . extracción que por vía de mi banco no pude recuperar. Espero esto le pueda ayudar a alquien no caer en estos estafadores de Crownbill y Faphouse.

They work with fap house to steal your information. If you try to cancel any kind of subscriptions they immediately share your information with fraudulent customer service representatives to try to get more information out of you. I was lucky the most they were able to get out of me was eight bucks before I caught on.

Predatory company. Don't !!! They will Bill even if it's "free".

I just found out I been scammed almost 11 months of unwatch service of faphouse.com.. both these companies lived off customers accounts charges unaware..
I have so many streaming service.
I never agreed to any membership service.
The sure fooled me on the " 2 day trial period "
Once you give access to the credit card or debit.
I am shocked.
Like amazon prime cost but without ever watching and filling there pockets and no amendment, no refund no apology...

A frustrating experience. The processes are confusing. These people should really be reported. It's bordering on a scam.

shady transaction. It says trial membership, never state what is a trial. Then restrict to only 4 video watch, at a cost!!!!
Worse was to unsubscribe the plan, etc it's well well hidden. Beware. Plus these videos are free elsewhere, whereas fabhouse, etc charge you. Which is lowdown lame.

Scammy billing organization that doesn’t allow easy access to cancellation options.

They just stole 15 pounds from my account at 2 am for absolutely no reason. I don't even know who they are

I'm a veteran that has some mental health issue so every once in a great while I don't read thru something forget certain things or just screw it all the way up. I wanted a monthly subscription but somehow got charged for the whole year upfront. I caught it right away called asked them to fix it back the other way they wouldn't. My checks are bouncing they is no upside of this for them just greed.

Scammers. I purchased something and crownbill was the one who provided the payment service. After about 2 hours my bank contacted me and told me someone tried to use my credit card to buy something from sport company in Greece.

This website is a complete scam! Crownbill.com charged my credit card without my permission or any subscription. I never signed up for their service, never agreed to any payment, and yet they took my money!
Their so-called “support team” is useless — no refund, no real help, just excuses. This company is nothing but a fraud that steals from innocent people.
I strongly warn everyone: stay away from Crownbill.com! Check your bank account and block this merchant immediately. They are thieves!

This is a scam site if you used it and gave it your credit card info you should suspend your credit card and replace it.
