Shipping carrier was horrible, it took way longer than normal to receive the item. Also the Cosara Charlie is too strong of vibrations, its basically unusable, the Cosara Charlie was hyped up through an advertisement and although the unit appeared to be built well the Hitachi type vibrator massagers are much better. Now im stuck with a unit that my partner cannot use. Bad purchase to say the least. Mike

The Charley is a lot of fun. Customer service is unmatched. There was some confusion on my part, they took care of it and were very friendly in the process. The biggest disappointment was the delivery service. Uniuni took weeks with vague tracking; definitely not 2-7day discreet delivery. Very frustrating. I would still recommend buying from Cosara, great folks and fun products, but be prepared to wait.

Exceptional products and customer service!

I appreciated that the whole thing was easy-peasy with Cosara. timestamp The structure of the site was simple, the checkout was fast and delivery as discreet, which made you relatively feel at ease while making a purchase.

I researched a number of products and Corsara easily came out on top. I ordered the product and it arrived quickly. I am totally impressed with the look, feel and functionality of the device.
