I had a problem with the fulfillment of my order. Sue, my representative, was on it right away and solved the miscommunication directly. I had to purchase a new head but that is fine. I got the girl that I wanted and I am very happy. The customer service is excellent. no complaints here!

I ordered a doll which I thought at first was in stock but as it turned out it was not, however the team at rosemary doll took immediate action to produce the doll for me and ship it out as soon as they could while taking the time to care and make sure that the doll was perfect for me. They exceeded my expectations and the doll arrived superbly wrapped in protective plastic and foam and looked better than what I saw online. The people at rosemary care about their customers and about providing excellent service, which in my experience they have done. Ich habe eine Irontech Puppe aus dem EU Lagerbestand gekauft und dann wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass der Kopf nicht mehr verfügbar ist und ich mir aus einer Liste einen alternativen im Bestand raussuchen soll. Der dazugehörige war eigentlich der schönste, aber sei es drum. Ich kann natürlich nicht einschätzen, ob es sich um einen bedauerlichen Einzelfall handelt oder ob es generell bei Lagerware im Sale etwas chaotisch zu gehen kann. Der Support hat sich wirklich bemüht. An dieser Stelle noch einmal Danke an Sue. Die Kommunikation war jedoch etwas schwierig, da meine Antwortmails manchmal nicht richtig angekommen sind. Ich habe dann immer ein neues Ticket erstellt.😉 Die Puppe kam in einem super Zustand an und das Zubehör, was gefehlt hat, wurde umgehend nachgesendet. Ich gebe hier nur 4 von 5 Sternen, weil etwas verkauft wurde, was so nicht lieferbar war und sich dann die Kommunikation mit dem Ticket-Ping Pong etwas gezogen hat.
Die Irontech Puppe selbst ist der Hammer, aber 46Kg sind echt ne Herausforderung im Handling, wobei das Heben nicht das Problem ist. Ich kann nur jedem raten, nehmt leichtere Modelle mit Gewichtsreduzierung.😉

So as it turns out I've experienced THREE product failures in less than two years, and while the first two replacements were smooth, the most recent "offer" leaves much to be desired... $1299 to replace a fully featured doll that cost ~$2800 with one that's basic, in and of itself, is less than ideal. Throw in having to waive further after-sales support... for me that was the last straw. I ended up ordering a new one for $1619 after discounts from a competitor and writing this one off.

Ordinarily I'd give a one-star award... I'm trying to factor in the fact that I did receive outstanding customer service - up to a point, and that the company did go "above and beyond" their after-sales policy to try to help me. That may very well be the case, and I don't want to be the AH here, but at the end of the day, the product simply didn't last and I'm left with an expensive paperweight. Apparently I'm just one of the unlucky ones...

Great product. Good service. Some of the option description/titles do not make sense, they use different terms for the same options that make it confusing. All and all I think RD is a great place to purchase a doll. TY
