Used Joii online vet advice for the first time and they recommended an antiseptic spray which I paid for there and then. I was advised it would arrive the following day and a vet would contact me a few days later for a review. Unfortunately this was on a Monday and the medication didn’t are until the following Monday. I did chase this as the online status showed PAID or unfulfilled for the duration. After chasing Joii they decided to send it priority with FedEx for delivery on Friday, surprise surprise it didn’t arrive. Now requested a refund and the item will be returned. Delivery and collection probably costing more than the item itself. This has given me no confidence in using this service again
