Purchased an item back in March for my daughter who was preparing the nursery in preparation of our first grandchild in July. Baby was born early and first use of the item unfortunately didn't work properly. I contacted the Teesside Park store where the item was purchased and although I couldn't find the original receipt, I confirmed when the item was purchased and additional security information and within half an hour if that my transaction had been confirmed offering an exchange of the same item. Excellent customer service and special thanks to Jo for being so understanding and so quick to respond

Called into the Beefeater next to Morrisons in Darlington this afternoon for a bite to eat. Was greeted by Dan who was very polite and friendly. Although fish was off the menu due to unforeseen circumstances we ordered the gammon and steak pie. Delicious. Service from Dan highly recommended . Will return
