Absolutely brilliant service. You can have an online chat while uploading videos / photos of your pet.

The vets are amazing, polite and explain exactly what to do. They even send you an email, summarizing what you've discussed along with a plan to get your pet on the road to recovery. They even follow up, prompting you to contact them again to discuss the status of recovery.

100% recommended.

Two large canvas' and three large prints. All processed and despatched in good time for Christmas. Unfortunately one of the shipments arrived post Christmas, but that's certainly not Photobox's fault.
Would (and will) use again.

I've been trying every day for a week to speak to someone on the phone (automated message *every* time saying they're too busy and will need to ring back).
The online chat only gives you a bot to answer to, the automated options don't cover the issue I have.
Useless.
