Extremt ineffektivt. Jag beställde en Apple Watch som kunde avhämtas 30 minuter senare. Det borde vara en hurtig operation men tog minst 20 minuter. Säljaren tog god tid på sig att hämta beställningen, och slösade sedan min tid på att spöra vilket mobilsällskap jag använder. Jag sa direkt att jag inte är intresserad. Men han fortsatte att spöra! Jag sa då att han slösade min tid. Han sporde igen! Då sa jag att jag icke köper den Apple Watch om han fortsätter. Jag fick till slut klockan och kunde lämna. Kommer icke att gå till Power i framtiden, oseriöst.

Bytte däck. God service hela vägen inklusive råd före köp. Ringde mig undervejs för att dubbelchecka en ting, super.

We were in the market for an ejerskifts insurance. This was the only company that insisted on sending a salesperson to our home. All the others gave offers by email. The salesman showed up slightly late, and started by having computer issues, problems with mouse. He then wanted to show a PowerPoint presentation about the company. We declined since it was irrelevant. He then asked about the address of the house. We now realize that he has not looked at any of the papers we sent in. We tell him the address, and he says that our house is smaller than what we said when we asked for an offer. We figure out that this is due to that he has written the wrong street number. With the correct street name, it is still wrong - it looks identical to the house he found to start with. He maintains we are wrong, while I say that has got to be cache issue on his computer because all the houses on the street are different from each other. He then says that it checks out, and gives us an offer only based only on the BBR data - the rather nice tillstands rapport was not even considered. It turns out the offer is around 70% above what most other firms offered. We told him about this - the answer to this was that the price is not negotiable. We naturally said thanks but no thanks at this point. He then complained that we could have told him this to start with, whereupon we told him that it was his firm that insisted on a meeting. All in all this is easily the worst sales effort we have encountered - arrogant, incompetent, ill-prepared, and a price level massively over competitors. Could hardly gone worse. Stay away from these people.

Spares very fine. Just took longer than expected with shipping (>2 weeks). Otherwise it would have been a 5.

Jag fick hjälp med att flytta ett extremt tungt löpband upp för 3 trappor i centrala København. Det var utfodrande men jag var imponerad av 'can-do' attityden på trots av att det var svårare än planerat. Stark rekommendation.
