Always great working with the folks at Queensboro. I would go no where else for embroidered work! I've been going to them for over a decade and have never been disappointed!

Our guide, Kaililaukekoa, was FANTASTIC!! So knowledgeable, funny, and engaging. He took us to lots of places that, at least it seemed, the other tours did not. At least not while we were there. Ask for Kaili by name! It was really easy to book on Viator and the communication prior and day of were excellent from Viator, the tour company and Kaili.

I've had nothing but great customer service from Queensboro and I'm a very small customer. I make 2-3 orders a year, usually no more than 20 pieces, sometimes only 5 or 6. I had not realized that in a recent order of hats, I only got 19 of the 20 hats. The order came in, they looked great, so I didn't count. Then three days later, another package comes in with a single hat. I didn't know and I didn't notify them, but someone at Queensboro noticed and sent the missing hat. Knowing that my order was short before I noticed is a great quality to have in your team. Thanks, Queensboro!

Queensboro is a 12 out of ten! They have always done a great job for all my branded swag.

I have used Queensboro for a variety of band swag over the years, always coming with a pre-set logo. This time, I needed a new logo for a country home we are buying. I sent Queensboro a picture of the property and they turned it into a fabulous logo that I put on some very plush robes for visitors. And there was no extra charge for creating the logo! I surprised my wife with them and she actually wept when I showed them to her. Great job!

This isn't the first time I've been impressed with the way the company operates. Three or so years ago, I had a shipment that claimed to have been delivered, but it turned out it was delivered to another customer. When I alerted Queensboro to the issue, they immediately investigated, confirmed there was a wrong address, ran an emergency run of my items, expressed shipped them, and I had them in three days. They absolutely made things right. I won't go anywhere else for my embroidered swag. Ever. I'm a Queensboro customer for life!

I have ordered band swag several times from Queensboro (three bands and counting...) and have never been disappointed with the quality. I've ordered fleece jackets, 3 season jackets, golf jackets, work shirts, polos, scarves, and several types of bags. Every once in a while there has been an issue with one of the pieces. The customer service folks are fantastic and have taken care of the issue immediately. Ordering is a breeze. Great quality, low price, easy ordering and fantastic customer service. What more do you need?
