Tried to do a return but was unable to…

Tried to do a return but was unable to return in store due to a technical issue. Had to call customer service three times before they figured out my issue and in the end had to mail in my return at my own expense and request reimbursement. Not recommended!!

So many extra fees!

There were so many extra fees to add on, and the fact that the website asked me "are you sure you don't want xyz??" every time I clicked continue made me really scared! It even seemed like the website wasn't legitimate. Plus, I can't believe they charge extra for special food. Good thing I don't have any allergies! This could be seen as discrimination even... especially since people of certain cultural backgrounds are always vegetarian, for example.

Thank you for your feedback. Many of our customers appreciate being able to customize their trip according to their own needs and requests, our extra services and products are therefore user-selectable.

Our service package includes requests such as seating, special meals and baggage etc. Since these types of request needs to be handled manually we take a service fee. As informed in the conditions of our service package we can never guarantee and confirm your request since we always have to follow the airline rules and any charges from the provider may be added.
